    Some videos say use their words to reflect but you say do not. A bit confusing. What an I missing? Thankyou

      Thanks for the comment. If a counselor uses the exact same words, then that is called "parroting." Avoid parroting because it adds nothing to the conversation. Instead, take what they say and put it into your own words.
