    I'm in my undergrad for family and child development, and for some reason, they have a grad level play therapy course requirement. I have a test, and this video helped me understand reflecting on such a better level! Thank you!

    Carl Rogers. Reflecting and confirming Emotions is vital to Empathy and developing Social and Emotional Intelligence.

    It's sad but true that as adults, many of us are unaccustomed to having our feelings validated in this way. It can be very powerful. Like the Jedi mind trick. Lol.
