2007 Harley Davidson FLHTCU transmission noise, what could it be?

I am trying to diagnose the noise coming from the transmission on my 2007 HD electra glide ultra classic by setting it up on a jack and running it in gear, you can definitely hear the noise. If you know what it is let me know in the comments, any help is appreciated.
Problem has been found, the main drive gear bearing was worn really bad. Videos of the complete teardown and rebuild are posted.
How did you find out what was the problem

How much did it cast to fix after you was done
Hi Nick, thanks for the question, I spent about $450.00 in parts and around $200.00 for tools.
Replace the rear sprocket with a cush drive. The pit them on the 2008’s because of that complaint. I had a 2007 in 2007 HD told me to do that, I did and the noise was gone. However there was no help monetarily from HD!
Did you ever find the reason it was makin noise through 1st to 5th mind making a clucking noise
could be a couple things....bearing in primary for the clutch.....chain tensioner.....or compensator.....i had to change the bearing in my clutch on my 06 dyna super glide .....i have discovered that they are pretty easy to work on....so give it a try .....take your primary cover off . that is where you can begin.

Whats the chirping noise?
It is the exhaust, rubber mount on the muffler, if I put some pressure on it it goes away.
Mine was making that exact same noise

I’d open primary & check tensioner first
Tensioner was over tight and did cause premature main drive gear bearing failure IMO.
My 07 Ultra Classic has a noise in 5th gear, 6th it completely goes away
1st thru 5th made noise on mine and none in 6th as well. Main drive gear bearing was shot, check out my other videos of the repair.

My 2008 RG only makes noise in 5th gear .
I'd check both the primary and transmission fluids for excessive metal, I had a lot in the transmission when I took it apart. Hope you figure it out.
Due to a straight cut 5th gear vs helical cut gears for the rest. Pretty common I've read. Mine is noisy af in 5th.
