Phenomenal display of his prowess! Just molten slide play by Waters! And you can see and feel that he is still a heart and soul blues man to the core. Love how he encourages his guitarists in their solos! First Primer , an ace, with an incredibly beautiful tone, then Kreher with some very tasty licks. Such humbleness and generosity belie the confidence of a master with nothing to prove.
Anyone who likes this and wants to hear Muddy live in his prime, check out "Live at Mr Kelly's" recorded in 1971 in a small club in Chicago, no Stones guesting just great solid blues from the master.

Wasn't too impressed with his solo but he has potential. His tone was very meh. Lot of notes not a great pocket and not really letting the solo breath. Seemed very noodley and without intention. Needs to unleash that guitar.
