One recommendation I have is to upgrade the microwave to a standard size that triples as a microwave/ air fryer/ convection oven. Available at Sam's for less than 200 & can make your guests comfortable enough to stay for longer periods because they can make full meals
I really love that you went tankless & keyless. Great work

Microwave convection (air fryer) oven in one. Also seeing induction cooktops mounted under the stone countertop. I use a cheap one burner induction cooktop and place it on the countertop and plug in to use.

These are great ideas for the Tiny house. The convenience and safety for your guest pays for your "piece/peace" of mind in your investment. I'm definitely going to be looking into Tiny houses when I move to Dallas, Texas in a few months. I already told my Realtor about you, and how you're making moves here in Atlanta. He is definitely on board! Aaayyyeee!!! 🙌🏼

This is all so cool and so helpful. You didn't discuss electricity source. We are contemplating going solar soon--how would that impact electricity for the tiny house.

I love what you’ve done. I live tiny and I love my Breville mini oven. I chose not to add an oven in my tiny condo. I did’t see a hood vent over your cooktop, did you add one? I prefer a regular two burner electric cooktop. Mine is from Lowe’s made by Whirlpool. If you don’t have a ceiling fan I would recommend one that spins both ways to draw warm air down and circulate cool air. To me it helps with not even turning on the AC unit and…it helps circulate the air when I do use the AC unit. I appreciate the tip on the Rheem tankless water heater. I’m going to look into it when it’s time to replace mine. Great job, I love this space

Awesome! I own a duplex, and I'm just getting started in the airbnb game. I live in one side and will airbnb the other side. I'm in Tennessee and am thinking about the possibility and potential upside of putting a tiny home in my backyard to further increase my income from airbnb. Of course, this will be a little further down the road after I gain some airbnb experience and income from the duplex.

Thanks Precious. I'd love to have your input once I'm ready to go in that direction. Even now, I'm curious as to whether my property's zoning allows for a tiny house on my property, and if so, what types of hoops I'd need to jump through with city codes to put a tiny house in my backyard. In my limited research, it looks like if a property is zoned to allow a tiny house in the backyard, city codes will require the tiny house to be put on a foundation. More than likely, other requirements will need to be met, and it would be cool to know all of that info now. If you're still doing consultations, where do I find your rates?

Would you link the stove burner you have? Are you happy with how it's holding up? Is it build into the counter or just sits on top? I've found one I could buy from ikea that you sit on top, plug it in and then put it away when not in use. But it's looks cleaner that one you have.
