The way you do the reps and show what muscles are being engaged, please make more videos like that, don't change the style and the way you edit the videos. Because there are rare videos like that, I needed to search into tons of workout videos to find you. ♥️

I thought I wouldn't be able to do it but at the end I was like "omg is over?" That was such a good work out, I felt the burn but nothing crazy. Loved it 🤩
You got up so fast after the last exercise to congratulate us and I was still on the floor haha. This was great, I want to try alternating this with your other workouts to see how I feel and change 🌼 Great free and encouraging content as always!
I really enjoy this kind of real time and low impact workouts but I have a suggestion for you, I think you should do this workout like a program and you should added your workout burn out round. The other thing is the time is so fast , some movements require balance and I do this movement like a turtle . So please, add your workout sessions burn out rounds and +40 minute timer. Thank you xx
I don't own dumbells but I have resistance bands. I wonder if you could do a few videos that utilize resistance bands or offer modifications using resistance bands. I love your workouts though!
