    These videos have such a beautiful layout 🌺. I appreciate having the name of the exercise, displaying which muscles are being utilized, a large countdown clock, and showing which workout section we are currently doing. I always feel like I am actually accomplishing something when I do your workouts. They are never a waste of time and energy. I really appreciate this and all of your videos. Thanks so much 🥰!

    I'm sorry if this came through twice but having technical issues with my tablet. I just did this workout and it definitely got the heart rate up all in 21 minutes. Just what I needed. Get it in and get out. Thank you

    This is a great (no equipment workout). Have started it today. Looking forward to continue this for a month (atleast).

    Loved the session. The division of workouts, the timing, the pausing all were perfect. The only problem I faced is, when switching from the 1st move to the 2nd one in a phase, there was no precap. So I wasted almost 10 seconds in each 2nd or 3rd move to understand what exactly you are going to do. Otherwise, loved this session. Short, sweet, crisp!

    I love this setup! Your workouts are like a breath of fresh air. I'd really appreciate it if you could make a 30 mins version of your knee friendly workouts. Those workouts have been an absolute blessing for me because of my Chondromalacia Patellae. Much love! ❤️

    I love your content! I've already done the 30 day Just Workout Squad challenge and the No More Belly Fat challenge (I recommend both!) and it was really effective and fun. What I love about this new format though, is that I don't have to go on different links for the warm up, the workout and the cool down as it's super conveniently all in one place. THANK YOU! 💪😃👍

    I loved the setup of: warm up + exercises + cool down. And liked the exercises and the no time in between the workouts. But the actual exercise time was way to short for me. Please make it longer.

    2020 I had pcod, thyroid issue, and few medical issue, after I followed ur 14 days challenge workout for 2 set, I lost 10 kg + diet, and finally I got pregnant and blessed with girl baby, now I am planning to start again', now 3 months completed , is it ok to do ?? Please suggest

    Not sure where I stand with mountain climbers but I sure know they won’t be at your speed! Just previewing now to see if I think I can do this one. I do love that each exercise is 30 seconds, I feel like I can do almost anything for 30 seconds.
