This is a great (no equipment workout). Have started it today. Looking forward to continue this for a month (atleast). No equipment workouts by Mr & Mrs muscles are the best thing to do in the morning! Thank you!
Loved the session. The division of workouts, the timing, the pausing all were perfect. The only problem I faced is, when switching from the 1st move to the 2nd one in a phase, there was no precap. So I wasted almost 10 seconds in each 2nd or 3rd move to understand what exactly you are going to do. Otherwise, loved this session. Short, sweet, crisp!
I love this setup! Your workouts are like a breath of fresh air. I'd really appreciate it if you could make a 30 mins version of your knee friendly workouts. Those workouts have been an absolute blessing for me because of my Chondromalacia Patellae. Much love! ❤️

Please suggest

This was a really lovely workout. Full body with upper and lower movements to keep the heart rate elevated. Great Job with the content.
