Wow, my 70 year old body found it hard to keep up with this one, but I did it. 😃. It has put my heart rate up more than any of the other 15-20 minute ones that I usually do. I also found it a test of balance, which us "oldies" really need 😄. I'm going to try and do it once or twice a week.
