Hello Rick. I want to thank you for your videos. I workout to disco funk. I like it. ❤️. I am a cancer patient with brain lesions. I am also 57 years old and 80lbs over weight. Odds are against me working out or losing weight due to hormones therapy. I want to thank you immensely. I have been working out with you for 6 weeks. I am 11 lbs lighter and I am walking without assistance inside my house. 🙏🏻. You motivated me to help myself because no pill in the world can help other than me helping myself. I will lose weight and walk outdoors without any aid in 5 months. My goal. I have not been able to do 3000 steps yet lol. I can reach 2000. I will get there. My brain doesn’t get the signal to move my feet. But. 200 steps a day to 4000 in a day I have reached. I can give you these doctors documents as proof and this comment is unsolicited. I’m in the same boat Joanna. 56 lost my Mom a few years ago and got up to 230. I just hope I can continue because my knees are so bad. Had clean outs on both knees and probably headed to full knee replacements. I’m starting slow and want to make my way up to 10,000 steps. Keep up the good work Joanna!
@@Jusher64 Knee replacement was the best thing I ever did. Osteoarthritis wore away the cartilage in many of my joints. Recovery for the 1st surgery in 2014 was made easier by being able to swim (walk and squat) in the water. I did that 3 days a week for 6 months at the community pool. Unfortunately, the weight i lost I gained back 4 years later, so maybe we can cheer each other on :).
I'm a little bit in love with Rick. As someone with chronic fatigue and a whole laundry list of conditions who lives in the rural, frozen north, finding exercise that doesn't hurt me is RARE. This I can do on nearly any day, with almost any energy level. Thank you for what you're doing here.

Love this, so many people say they can't find time to work out because of the kids, I miss my kids being little when I used to work out with them and they'd love it! Mummy time, activity, fun all in one let alone good habit building in them for the future. Even when mine were babies I'd use them as my weights and do some chest presses with them or set them on my legs while I did crunches, they loved it. Great attitude mama!

Hi there!! Im 64 and have quite the list of things that are doing their best to bring me down. Im 15 lbs overweight and it hurts. I found this workout and did it for the first time today, and can honestly say i could do this at least 4 times weekly. You make it so much fun, and several of your music choices for this video are scattered throughout my Prime Music playlists. Thank you for bringing positive energy to an otherwise tedious task.

Just finished this for the first time, I've lost over 8 stone over the past 18 months and had reached a bit of a stand still, I know why it's because I let lockdown stress knock me out of all those healthy habits I'd built but I'm back on it with activity now after this! Felt amazing just to be moving again, love Rick's style, makes it seem like fun rather than a work out and I have this on my schedule now for a twice a day at home/home office 3000 step check in with Rick and a once a day walk out in the fresh air before I turn into an agrophobe! Hugely recommend this and I'm a 53 year old who still has about 5 stone to lose, if I can do it anyone can!
OMG!!! That was the best walking workout ever! I knew every song! In fact the reason I clicked on your workout was because of the music. But I kept on going because of your energy and your dance moves! I love dancing and back in the day, these were the tracks that I used to dance to! You should consider doing dance workouts as well. I'm 13 weeks postpartum and this was great fun to up my steps and ease me back into getting some exercise after giving birth. My baby loved the rhythm and fell asleep to the movements, and my toddler thought Mummy was hilarious 😆
