    Phew...my shoulders are burning now...but I managed It all.....with hand weights too. Am really enjoying all these exercises. Must admit, walking on tip toes made me laugh, reminded me of all those years I walked about in 4" high heels....decades ago...Thanks Tom. A great way to start my day
