My 95 year old mother, Virginia, loves your chair exercises and stretches. She is doing them 3 days a week and in a month is already seeing a difference. I think because your videos are so awesome, she's sticking to the 3 days. She usually does a few of your videos to get about 1 hour. It's never too late to get in shape!

I have let myself go since surgery a year and a half ago. It was hard to get through this 30 minutes, but I stayed with you! I was sort of not sure about the heart rate because my watch was only showing 110. I kind of thought it would be. I was breathing really heavy. That’s another thing. I need to learn how to breathe when I’m doing exercises. But thank you for the workout. I’m going to try to do this three days a week!❤❤❤❤❤❤

I like this guy very much. I like how he changes exercises often so you don't feel fatigued. But it does go a little fast if you have a vulnerable joint. But I feel I can do it thanks for the encouragement. , 😊
These exercises are great for us. I have COPD so breathing is definitely a challenge. I'm able to do a few minutes at a time and then I pause. I'll get there eventually. Thanks for these videos.

This morning i followed you doing the exercises, when i got up from the chair i could hardly walked i had this horrible pain. In my right hip it dogo away. I have taken two pain killer. I wonder what was wrong in my body.
I have one arm completely in plaster and am getting stiff as I have to lie a lot. I'm m trying to adjust the ex to what I am able to do (leaving my arm out of the routine).
Can you give me a exercise that I can bend so I can get in the oven better please ,I have been getting better since I have bin doing your exercise thank you my balance is better 😊
I can't find a 30 minute full body workout for seniors that is not seated. Do you have one? I like these workouts, but they are too, too short. I'm old, overweight, but find doing six six-minute exercises, switching from videos to be a bit of a pain and boring. Thanks
