    Nothing overly realistic, simple and clear as a physiotherapist should work in his instruction. Bravo from Sweden.

    Thank you for this. I'm 63 and these exercises I can do. Info: my tummy gets in the way of the elbow to knee ones and I realized I was raising my shoulders every time I did the shoulder exercises. ❤❤ I've only done one set so far but I can do these. Yay! ❤❤

    i joined a year or so ago, but did not have time to do it, now i do it every day and i'm loving it! Helping so much i have a bum knee that needs to be exersized a lot, so think you

    J'❤ ces exercices assis sur une chaise car je ne peux m' asseoir par-terre , jambes croisées comme avant ....sinon je ne peux me relever à cause de les nouveaux genoux...
    Je regrette les anciens, douloureux mais flexibles, ceux- là, rigides.

    I have prostate cancer that metastasized to my bones and I began today to do this exercise. I need to do something to be moving these look like easy enough to do where it won’t hurt my cancer in my spine thank you

      Thank you for working out with me! Challenge is good! As the workouts become more easy look for small ways to gradually increase intensity. If you're using support to build strength, work to make it your goal to stand or hold on the the chair, then eventually stand on your own. Being patient with ourselves is key, results will come with consistency.

    Can you help with an exercise plan please...I have bought a step through bike so I can do some more exercise but I have trouble getting on it as my arthritic knee is not strong and i'm worried about losing my balance...is there an exercise that will help me please? .... thank you
