I've suffered from extremely low energy for years. I've addressed my diet, my sleep, and try to get plenty of exercise. My doctor has run my blood work several times, and everything is within range. Blood sugars are normal, cholesterols are normal, my liver is fine. But sometimes just getting up to get a glass of water is a chore.
You have so many videos. Where do I begin? I’m a coach potato and my balance is off. I have neuropathy in my feet. I have flabby arms I hate. I would like to lose at least 30 pounds. Thanks.
