      You would be surprised how many comments I get that say I touched my face and didt wash my hands...so on and so forth...Its hilarious... I ask what do you think is dirtier my face or the equipment I use that just stays out side....of course no answer

    Chicken Cordon Bleu is one of my favorites. Making it as a sandwich is a great idea. Awesome video and congrats on the 25K.

      I made this yesterday and made a Parmesan and Dijon sauce for ours, (left out of bun for low carb) and just poured over our stack.

      @@marlenececil2594 we do. Not as strict now but yeah. We just substitute carbs with vegetables. Or i eat high protein. Which means instead of have steak potatoes salad and bread ill just have a steak. Or two chicken breast etc. cut out all the other stuff. Protein makes me full so i eat less as well. Make room for vegetables though through out the day. Great way to snack

      @@TheFlatTopKing yeah man I noticed the weight loss from older vids. I blame griddle channels for my 75 lb gain over the past 2 years lol!! But I’m on my way back down, 46 lbs lost since Christmas. Still flat top cooking, too!

    I noticed you use metal utensils. How has the surface been holding up? BTW the sandwich looks amazing. I will definitely be trying that when I get my griddle. Can't decide between the Pitboss Ultimate or a Blackstone.

    And thank you for the low-carb part I lost 100 pounds from 350 to 250 be a truck driver with an air fryer carrot coffee pot one burner butane stove and a Coleman grill on the side box our trucks come with a small refrigerator I cook on the weekends heated up in the air fryer through the week

      I dont think its necessary to have a side burner..dont miss not having one and If I had to buy one that would not sway me one way or the other...These griddle get hot enough it kinda would defeat the purpose. Whats your thoughts

      @@TheFlatTopKing now THAT sounds 🔥🔥🔥!! Definitely have a good Pico-condiments. I personally like street tacos with a touch of oil for a Very light crisp on the corn tortillas. Soft tacos are fuego if thats what you prefer. Im sure the Mad Scientist has a twist in store for us ✊🏼🧐!!

    Another great idea. Nicely done. Not being a big fan of Swiss cheese, I would use Gruyère (a form of Swiss cheese) that is actually more popular in Switzerland and parts of Europe. May sound snobby, but it’s really a taste thing for me. The Gruyère at Costco is quite good.

      @The Flat Top King that's the new pitboss griddle with that new enamel coating, isn't it? Just I wouldn't want to scratch it with the steel tongs and spatula. Just an idea, anyway. I know pitboss does sell a griddle kit for that unit. They are expensive griddle, I wouldn't want to see you scratch that coating. Just a suggestion. The cook looked great, though. I'm going to make it tonight when I get home! Keep up the good cooks!

      @@hankdeweever1880 you are completely correct. I have a video titled how I messed up my griddle. At the time this method was acceptable by many. But over time we quickly realized that maybe we should back off teaching this. Not alot of information was out about these and I was one of the testers. Thanks

      NO need on low the flat top gets hot enough...I %95 cook on low...
