I really need to watch more blackstone cooking. I opened my blackstone for the first time this year and immediately forgot everything I knew. I burned everything. I love to hear what temps you cook on, it is so helpful!!
We have a video thats goes over griddle temps...Flat top grill temps does it matter. Its extremely hard to control temps on the griddle..i just made pancakes for todays video and it shows all the bad's as well...hot and cold spots on the Blackstone.. But all my griddles have em not just blaskctone

Tonight is the cabbage-apple sausage stir fry and tomorrow I'm gonna try a paella on my Blackstone... Knoxville weather is just calling for outdoor cooking... That sandwich looks great!
I'm with Amy, fresh basil instead of pesto (even though I do pesto for various dishes) is better for caprese, the bright fruitiness of it is refreshing. BTW, you're killing my OCD by stacking the bread slices in opposite directions......................just sayin'............LOL

I’m from Minnesota and there has been a long standing rival between a Minneapolis Bar and Grill Matt’s and the 5 8 club. I prefer the traditional from Matt’s but would love to see your spin on it. Another idea would be to show us technique on how to make a chick-fill-A chicken sandwich on a flattop. Thanks for another great video today!

Staff always informs customers to wait before biting in because all the cheese comes out. Better if cooled slightly. Would love for you to make one stuffed with your goat cheese blue cheese 😋

Very nice looking sandwich. This is 1 of those "Panera Bread" sandwiches. I'm not a great fan of Panera Bread, cause of their portion size. I would need 2 of those sandwiches to fill me up.
