Thank you for the video. I make something like an egg white omelette in the microwave. For a full meal I pour 16 ounces of egg white in a ten inch round paper plate. Depending on the power of the microwave it might take 3-4 minutes and I have my dinner. It is cooked enough when there is no liquid left, but only solid egg whites. Really fast and convenient, fat free, zero cholesterol and about 50 grams of protein.

Nila Curry yes you can freeze them. If you refrigerate them I would eat them within 5-6 days and you can just heat them up in the microwave.
