- today we prepare a egg white Omelette that is healthy and delicious.. you can add your own veggies to please you but I used these

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 egg whites
2 fresh onions
chunk red bell pepper
1/3 jalapeno w/seeds
2 slices of mushroom
1/4 cup cheddar cheese.

I tried my first egg white omelette recently. It had spinach, chicken, and onions. It got me hooked on egg white omelettes. But I think that I'm going to try out something closer to your recipe next time. I felt myself ready to drool thinking about bell peppers.

+Brandon Aitcheson 3 months later: egg whites are great. Hardly have flavor (great) Hot sauce with grilled veggies. It's just Protein and complex carbs. It's a super food for training.
