    Happy Friday! First off, THANK YOU!! I woke up this morning to 1 MILLION subscribers in the C+D Fam. So crazy exciting!! Thank you to each one of you who come back week after week to watch and share your thoughts and questions. I super appreciate you all + am so grateful for this community. I hope you enjoy this recipe. They are a great option for those wanting a super high protein breakfast that you can grab on the go. ENJOY!

    Made this! (no cottage cheese though) So good! I used spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms for my filling.

    I have a small 6 cup muffin tin that fits perfectly in my toaster oven. No need to heat up my regular oven. I love making eggs this way.

    I just made this with red onion, green peppers, tomato and cheese! It’s so delicious!! I didn’t use cottage cheese. I just blended the egg white with the spices and it came out fluffier than if I just poured straight out of the carton. Thanks for another great recipe!!!! ❤️❤️

    I put my egg white muffins in a keto wrap with some light sour cream and spicy salsa! It's amazing and still low calorie! For some reason I get nauseous just only eating the egg white muffins in the morning!

    I make this on a regular basis absolutely love it. I use ricotta cheese in place of cottage. Less sodium that way.

    Congratulations on reaching 1 million subscribers, Dani. You’ve worked so hard and for so long. Just the other day I was watching a video you did years ago when you broiled salmon in a cast iron pot. I love this channel and I have become such a better cook and meal preper because of it. Shout out to your husband too! If he edits these videos then he does a great job! I love the outtakes!

    I made this like a cupcake. I made it and then swirled guacamole on top. So good! Also I didn’t have cottage cheese but it still came out pretty good.

    I would think that adding the whole egg would make it more satiating. I'll have to try it out.

      Yes, it definitely would. You can easily adapt this recipe and use whole eggs :)

    Thank you SO much for posting the calorie count!!! My grandson is calorie restricted, and finding things that he will like and eat (he's 4), with an accurate calorie count is wonderful. I've made several of you recipes for him, he just loves everything. I was wondering, can these be frozen, and if so, how long? Thanks again for a great channel!!!!

    Since both spinach and tomatoe skin and seeds are high in Oxalates, I avoid them. However, there are numerous other ways to make these egg white muffins that would be delicious and nutritious as well. Thanks for making the video!

    1c veggies, 2c egg white, 1.5 tspn of salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1/2 fermented cream, 300 degrees for 25 minutes, top with avocado

    Love this recipe. How long would they last in the refrigerator as I would be the only one in my home eating these. Also, can they be frozen?

      They will last about 5 days in the fridge + yes! you can also freeze them,

    I'm going to try to make this using garbanzo bean flour, instead of eggs, for a vegan version. Wish me luck... maybe you could create a version this that for your vegan followers.🙂
