Yes but then they resort to spiritual attacks and gaslighting and I find it to have a detrimental effect on my mental to be around people like this day by day, which then eventually starts to effect my physical health.
I end up quitting my jobs before I gain enough money to get away from my toxic family to be able to better cope with people like that at work as well. It's a hard cycle to pull out of when your family is genuinely abusive and toxic and you fall into bad luck with accepting jobs that are like that as well.
I think the best move is just getting away from these people. Not just ignoring them like they don't exist because they will inevitably find ways to muddy the waters and damage your mental.
