I don't know what to say...no-one listened to you, no-one answered your questions, absolutely appalling behaviour by the security staff and manager, compounded by the policeman who appeared to be on a power trip. He was gagging to arrest you from the word go, and you could hear the glee in his voice as he did so. There are auditors who are aggressive and impolite, unlike you, who haven't been arrested even after doing much, much more rudely. I'm in shock at your treatment. Please keep us updated!

I know. This is honestly a farce, in my opinion. Even when at the magistrates court, one of the magistrates tried to deny that the police are expected to have a higher threshold for alarm, harassment and distress. I pointed out Harvey vs. DPP to her, and she went quiet. Also, because I'm self representing, the court automatically set up the documents in advance for a guilty plea rather than a not guilty plea. We spent 20 minutes doing paperwork because they presumed my guilt. Then when I was granted unconditional bail, the same magistrate said 'keep in mind that if you comit any *other* offences that it will be more serious', which is inferring that I have already committed an offence. Again, it is presuming guilt without hearing the full case.
There won't be any more updates now until the trial in February next year. I will provide the outcome when it is dealt with though 👌

The irony: "We're backedup with cases. Today we're trying a woman for doing shuffle dance for her TikTok channel in train station; a man for dropping his cigarette butt in his own backyard; two teenagers for playing badminton on the street outside their house; and a parrot for telling an old woman to 'drop ya knickers'." The police are criminals! Last year I was unlawfully arrested for allegedly assaulting an emergency worker (policeman) by throwing a sock in his direction during an illegal strip search! I opted for a Crown court trial and at the 2nd hearing the judge blatantly told the CPS to promptly drop the case as it was a total waste of time and that if they proceeded then he’d direct the jury to find a not guilty verdict! Should’ve seen the prosecutor’s face 😂. Needless to say I was rightly acquitted.

@@ray_llewe9147 Not necessarily. From my understanding the wording is “likely to”… which can mean “if there were…” - not “only is there was”. It means you did something a person would find disorderly regardless of whether there was someone there at the time. Like showing your cock. No one has to see you cock. If your cock is out in public that potentially means someone would see it.
That could be for “likely to cause alarm” statute though.
Nevertheless the word “public” does not default mean “other people in public” - it could just mean “something you did in public”.

Long story short, I wasn't arrested for losing my temper verbally with them, but they sure were POff as they proceeded to fish for info about me from the person they had the warrant for, whom used his head and remained silent til he got a solicitor.
What I was annoyed with, is that they were questioning a minor, without his parent(s) or solicitor present, in my property - I was not the minors legal guardian, and my home is not for the police to use as a makeshift interview room, taking away my right to privacy and peaceful enjoyment of my own abode. So, the police come in, conspire with the aggressive guard and attacks the victim. You reap what you sow. This is exactly the type of policing that will bring the country to it's knees. Straight to violence as usual. Reminds me of when all those police attacked Sarah Everade's mourners on Clapham common. Just jump straight in with violence and abuse. Then their colleagues cover it up and help the corrupt cop hide from accountability. This cop needs to go. Broke the law twice in 10 minutes.

As we got to the door 4 security officers approached us - we just walked past them and went to the empty counter where 5 staff were sat gossiping. We were the only customers in there. But guess what they could not give us her number and said we had to write off for it. Just a waste of our money any way you look at it! I later rang them to get the name of the person who said they could not help me and the person I spoke to said she was working from home when suddenly I heard a boarding flight call - she was at the airport going on holiday and not working from home at all.

Thanks very much for the update PTTP.
It is not altogether surprising that the case has NOT been dropped at the preliminary hearing stage and is sheduled for Trial.
The system often employs the tactic of taking such matters all the way to at least the preliminary stages of an actual Trial since this is often an effective intimidatory tactic upon people who chicken out at the last moment and plead guilty. The CPS can be just as amuterish in it's tactics as the Filth failing to act upon the Legal Issues and adopting crude tactics of just trying, (and often succeeding) in bullying people.
If the trial does go ahead then the opening move of the CPS may well be to seek the issue of an 'Notice of Discontinuance'.
I advise you not to accept this, (you can object and appeal and even tell The Court that since you will most certainly appeal the granting of such a Notice authorising the Notice will incur further delays and a waste of public resources)!
At this point The Court might try to, 'cop out' by issuing you an Aquittal. (The CPS not electing not to contest the matter).
If that happens you may be left with no alternative but to accept the situation which will be a shame since I would greatly enjoy waching you humiliate these twats who have presumed to try to criminalise you.
I also advise you to beware that any legal representation that you may have hired to represent you does not sell you or your cause down the line and if you are going to conduct your own defense you may find yourself alone in one of these 'Mickey Mouse' Courts where no reliable and independent record of events is kept. Will it be a Magistrates Court or Crown Court?
Make sure that you get a full set of all the documents, (bundle of evidence) that the defense is required to be provided with, you can demand these from the Clerk to the Justices Office.
What did they charge you with?
Do not underestimate the levels to which the Courts will stoop to save the system from embarassment!
Please tell us when and where the Trial is to take place so that we can come and bear witness, (IN AN ORDERLY MANNER) to what transpires.
Having viewed your video of the events I'm quite sure that your in the clear.
WELL DESERVED DESION IS NOT ABUSE and CONTEMPORARY VULGAR SLANG IS AN EXPRESSION OF YOUR ETHNICITY, protected under, 'Hate Crime Legislation' and the UN Declaration of Human Rights!
Familiarise yourself with the legal concept of 'fair comment'.

Section 5 of the Public Order Act 1986. There is no specific offence of swearing at a police officer, and in fact it is not a specific crime of swearing in public, only of causing “harassment alarm or distress” under the Act mentioned above. This requires some evidence of an individual being, or being likely to be, offended by the language used.so in this case there is no offence committed furthermore you entitled to compensation for wrongful arrest, assault, false imprisonment etc - them officers had no right in behaving the way they did PTTP

Then the police witnesses will not be available so they will ask for a delay. Then in about two years on the eve of the trial, the trial prosecutor will look at the evidence and realise you have video so they can't rely on the police's version of events to pull the wool over the magistrate's eyes. And quietly drops the case.
