We had an auditor come into a local Job Centre near me, I was in waiting for an appointment, when the police were called the staff started shouting and yelling in a fake argument with eachother, I believe this was to try and make it sound down the phone that there was a public order offence being committed. Their depth is plummeting new lows.

Some of the best Police I've seen on these videos. Came in, listened to you, didn't take a side, explained to them the boundaries of law and what they can/can't do, never attempted to remove you or demand personal info, took onboard the BWC correction with honesty and deference. Fair play to them. No sign of egos on them. Decent coppers.

Another very good audit by PTTP, the DWP are mostly to blame here, they create their policies and procedures, but then fail to give their staff and security guards the necessary training to deal effectively with situations like this. So hundreds or thousands of pounds of public tax money is then wasted by the police being called out for a non emergency, which they could be using their time better to attend more important and life saving incidents.

It is Civil in England. Scotland has very different and quite complex trespass laws. In England a Trespass can become Aggravated Trespass and that then is. Criminal Act.

Came in, listened to you, didn't take a side, explained to them the boundaries of law and what they can/can't do, never attempted to remove you or demand personal info, took onboard the BWC correction with honesty and deference. Another very good audit by PTTP, the DWP are mostly to blame here, they create their policies and procedures, but then fail to give their staff and security guards the necessary training to deal effectively with situations like this. So hundreds or thousands of pounds of public tax money is then wasted by the police being called out for a non emergency, which they could be using their time better to attend more important and life saving incidents.

It is Civil in England. Scotland has very different and quite complex trespass laws. In England a Trespass can become Aggravated Trespass and that then is. Criminal Act.

What's even better is dwp and G4S provided there security with training very recently to all dwp security and staff regarding auditors and people recording.
Many of the most vulnerable in society use these services which is why these job centre audits are particularly important. The way PTTP regularly repeats our rights and relevant laws is also especially useful.
