In 1981, six years after joining Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks went solo for the first time with her debut album ‘Bella Donna’. A massive success, it sold more than five million copies in the U.S., topped the album charts and produced four hit singles, including her signature anthem, "Edge Of Seventeen." More platinum albums followed - ‘The Wild Heart’ (1983), ‘Rock A Little’ (1985), and ‘The Other Side Of The Mirror’ (1989).
In 2019, Stevie Nicks made history by becoming the first female artist inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice - first as a member of Fleetwood Mac in 1998, and most recently in recognition of an extraordinary solo career that spans nearly 40 years. - Видеоклипы
Now, ladies and gentlemen. This is what you call a classic. They don't make them like they use too. ❤

This is definitely up there in the very best, but there's a very specific live performance of her singing Rhiannon from the mid 70s I cant find anymore and the last five minutes of the song are just her absolutely tearing it the fuck up, whipping around like crazy, electrified, belting out the lyrics so hard her voice cracks and ending in one of the most incredible vocal holds I've ever heard. She's so captivating. At about 4:18 she's so emotional it looks like she wants to cry as if this story she's singing was a deep personal experience for her. And at the end the amount of flowers she's receiving from so many people is amazing. I think the audience knows they're witnessing something rare and special. Shes the Queen of Rock.
I had to watch the whole video over and over after I read your comment, then I spotted her saying "Thank You!" to the audience @ 6:32. Yeah I've always seen her as an intoxicating beauty, I drew charcoal portraits of her in the 90's, those drawings paid the rent. Take care, Brother of Rock ! ...edit, that "Thank You" seems to be expressed inward.
I agree
not just of rock, but a whole new genre really was created by FM. They are literally the pinnacle of american modern music, arguably.
a fan was holding out an envelope to her, i wonder if she took it
@@nethaliabeyasinghe1458 I didn't notice that. However, I have seen fans give entertainers a few flowers and gifts before but never that much. Rare woman and entertainer.
They don’t call her the white witch for nothing she is pure magic on stage.
Exactly!!
That’s racist!
@@turkwelsch blm suck
@@turkwelsch no, it's not. She had blond hair and used at that time to dress in white...and of course she is caucasian (and can't be denied).
Riannon is a song about a white witch per her saying so in a live performance. Not sure Stevie 'would like being called a white witch herself.
What a complete angel, amazing voice n beautiful woman ❤
Whos listening in 2024 yeah

I NEVER get tired of Stevie Nicks no matter how much I listen to her!. A young Stevie Nix was HOT! At 75 I still llsten to her albums.❤
She’s an experience. I want to see her. I am contemplating a stop in Louisville for her show there on the 27th.
The backing singers deserve credit also , great live version .

Good God exceptional awesome!
exceptionally
Stevie Nicks is the greatest female performer of all time. Even "coked up" (like she is in this video) she would give it her all 💯% 👍🏻
