They even pulled up a guy that wanted to play Karate with Jack and Kyle but they forgot to ask for his name afterwards so when Jack asked for his name everybody just started calling him Lee. the whole band just stood on stage doing nothing for 2 minutes listening to the crowd singing Lee in acapella. and continued when we where done. handsdown one of my best concerts.

I haven't listened to Tenacious D since I was a kid, now I'm falling back in love with them.

Tenacious D are one of the few bands that truly deserve the insane hype around them...Jables is a crazy talented vocalist, and Kage is immutability an insane guitarist, as is the dude that recorded the electric solos (for the PoD soundtrack, at least)
Noting all of that, I'd have to put Master Exploder as my personal favourite song by the D...just the showcase of JB's vocal range and power is glorious

For those interested the kid playing young JB in The Pick Of Destiny is in the sitcom The Goldbergs. He plays Barry, The older brother. He's a great comedic actor.

I'm going to coin the phrase 'faking yourself seriously' to define being satirical about taking oneself seriously.
