    "You'll get a warrant when it gets here," means they had NO WARRANT! That's why it isn't dated. That's why the warrant includes EVERYTHING. Because the cops broke in, took EVERYTHING, and then got the warrant LATER, and it just included everything the cops took. That's why it's not dated. Obstruction for recording with his PHONE??!!! YOU MEAN HIS FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT??!!!! He has to APPEAL to get it into the PROPER judges. He also needs to initiate a lawsuit.

      Unfortunately this guy was engaging in self-confessed business affairs, as well as acting in cohort with association of peers...identifying those exact definitions of what a statutory 'PERSON' is, and 'PERSONS' are subject to the corporate police discretion to ensure such 'agents' are conducting their affairs within the legislated guidelines. Just like the restaurant, store, political party, and street gangs all find themselves subject to being a 'party'. Party like more than ONE..and just to make sure they can hang you at court, they try their damnedest to make sure that you accept an officer of the court as your representative, so that you are under your attorneys power, and the attorney is under the courts power...so the way to do it is : Make sure that NO ONE represents you. You do not represent yourself, that's foolery. You are yourself (you have a right to legal counsel, anyone you choose). As such, their last ditch hope of ascertaining control of the surety(your body) for your debt (not REALLY your debt, but a debt they are charging your corporate identity WHICH they created) so, they need YOU to mistakenly believe YOU are one and the same as their legal fiction, so then you supposedly owe to society for harm done...is when they try to identify you by your name stylized in all-CAPS (capitis deminutio), so don't comply with any orders/don't answer any questions (complying with their 'orders' or answering their question seems to make you a 'party' to the 'proceeding'. If you don't contract with a bar member, to represent 'you' in your affairs (effecting an established 'party'). Their procedures is all about 'party' this, and 'party' that. If you give them an inch, they will take a mile. Because if nothing else, now you are complicit with their fraud, and liable for their debts...so, When they finally try to exact a 'plea' from you..DON'T DO IT!!! They try to tell you that you have 3, or maybe 4, options, "guilty, not guilty, no contest...but THEY won't mention the fact that you do have the right to remain silent. DON'T let the judge enter a plea for you (they almost always try to do that one), so you just say, "I Object, Is your Honor attempting to practice law from the bench?" That is the final straw, once you "enter" a plea (especially as the defendant) you forfeit, essentially, all your rights...this court proceeding is going to be conducted as though it were a private bar guild business affair and if you really try to fight it, they will give you a show trial to dupe anyone interested in the case into believing that they are dealing in Justice. Like I said, though, he said something about business and group interests..so he is acting as a responsible 'agent' ,at least, for one of those 'PERSON' things. I hope this helps you understand a little better.

      Yes, we did.
      However, they must produce the warrant before they enter his premises. You are obligated to open the door after they present the warrant not before. This is 100% a violation of his rights and they have no right to break up his property. Everyone I know who saw this and that includes LEOs and attorneys are appalled at how unprofessionally these officers handled this. How much marijuana someone consumes as long as they are not operating a motor vehicle or hurting someone else is of no importance to others. When the cop told him this wasn’t Tennessee I was pissed because I can assure you that West Virginia is not superior to that state or any other. My question is why did they not adhere to standard protocol concerning a warrant. All they had to do was wait for the warrant before taking action. Why was the warrant not dated, signed or presented??
      This is absolutely repulsive behavior by LEO and the courts.

    • @grandfrosty
      @grandfrosty 6 месяцев назад +8

      This is America. We "the People", while not in REALITY subjects (lawfully) to the police (presumed) authority or the courts, either. People are lazy though, and instead of going and learning anything on their own, they are gently peaceful folk (generally lacking in malice or ill-will toward one another [yes, I'm an altruist] )...and WE established a 'government' by the people, for the people, and of the people. So, then the people get used to big brother, or Uncle Sam, taking care of them. Their security. Justice. Etc. BUT, one of the biggest detractors against a foreign army invasion is a heavily armed and rebellious as hell population. The foundations of the republic are rooted in deep distrust for established 'authorities' invading private, personal, and even colonial affairs. So, part of the police officers jobs (i think) is to be a reminder of what it really was like to have armed soldiers OF A FOREIGN DESPOT running our cities and our towns. It's a service, too...the new widely applied policy of 'attack and violate first, let the courts sort it all out later. Since, if they do violate someone for no cause, or overstep some governing prerogative without due process then we get to lay a claim against them. The municipalities are all sitting on substantial fortunes (you can check the CAFR's or Annual Financial Reports for all of these 'for profit Corporations' masquerading as lawful masters over an intentionally misled and ill-informed American), but they pretty much all can handle paying out MASSIVE settlements. They are Trustees, and they have been amassing huge public treasuries...for the benefit of the people. How do you find the good people? You go hunt them down, violate them. See if you can get any charges to stick...if not..oh well. Usually they won't lose their job, except in the most egregious of cases. IF you don't accept one of their ascending (usually) offers of settlement before any prosecutions against them you may bring...then just realize that every court you are going to face (until you get to the VERY top, and maybe even there) an extremely steep and slippery slope you are intending to climb. Don't take their first offer, maybe the second or the third. But if they want to settle before a public trial, then it would be a negotiating table for haggling. They can only give you statutorily, certain amounts. You can go after any complicit defendants, though, possibly in their private capacity for additional compensation. If you can shake them of their qualified immunity (games), then they weren't acting in their official capacity when they violated you. Making the bad actor liable, not the municipal corporation. Unless you can get them (public officials) on illegal or unconstitutional policies or practices... that gives you a Monell claim. Failure to supervise. Failure to train. Failure to render aid or deliberate indifference to their co-workers blatantly committing criminal acts in the violation of someone's rights.

      Incorrect...the police have a justified position to search and seize when certain things have happend. In this case if the person was parked somewhere they where not supposed to. He was in a camper.....so if her puilled off and stayed there for a longer then a few days lots of things can give a probable cause. Also they had body cams so the warrent does not need to be there as long as they go through the correct actions.
      My biggest red flag was when the guy didnt want to be in west virgina yet he drove there? sorry but this scream we dont have the full story also he didnt pull out recording the police until the escalation went up a lot. They dont cary those tools in every police car so they had some person drive over with it.....whihc means there is an hour of footage not shown.

      Yeah... umm, I hate to have to be the person that shatters, the illusion that you've been bamboozled into swallowing, hook, line, and sinker, but, when an individual is arrested for an infraction, or offense of any sort which, at the time of arrest is illegal/otherwise unlawful, but later is amended or decriminalized/ i.e., made legal, or at the bare minimum, has been made no longer a criminal act, should possibly end up with a warrant being issued for their arrest, due to further action being pursued by agents of whichever branch of law enforcement is the complaintant petitioning the motion/action to be invoked by adjudicating entity, overseeing the matter. The state of the situation, i.e. whether the alleged act was legal or not, at time of arrest, unfortunately is punished retroactively. In accordance with the consequence ( s ) resulting from said act, the penalty is carried out from perspective of what the status was at the time the act was originally carried out... long sfory short, if you somehow skirt punishment, following the execution of that act, the penalty is carried out as if being done prior to the amendment... so if a warrant is issued in connection with a situation, despite ammendment, punishment is treated/executed, as it would've been in situ during that time period. What would merit a warrant/imprisonment, years ago, if still not completely resolved, carries the same punishment it would back then...

    I'm from the land down under aka Australia n we have a saying here that we all try to abide by.. the fair go , meaning being fair is our responsibility to all not just the enriched few. I just stumbled upon this RUclips program and watched in dismay as the young fella Cody not only didn't get a fair go he was found guilty by what we call a kangaroo court meaning those unjust men with badges had no justified reason for the illegal conduct and search of private property. I feel for ya mate n I truly hope you get to sue n have all charges dropped n that would be a fair go n not the outrageous way you are being treated. I have subscribed because I am an emphatic fella who truly believes in the fair go. Good onya to the people who are doing good work on the real news network and I will follow you happily. All the best from the land down under.
