Idk why criminals always think they can talk their way out of crimes. If you're guilty, shut up and get a lawyer. If you're innocent, REALLY shut up and get a lawyer. The cops are always smarter than you, and they are allowed to lie to you.
The way he kept talking about the truck in the photos didn’t have any logos so it wasn’t his. Just showed he really tried to disguise his truck and really thought they wouldn’t find out. Now on older vehicles without wifi maybe but he had a new truck and were able to track its movements ontop of having him on video driving the truck without logos that very day. He should have lawyered up from the jump especially if he really had that just distrust w that dept but all that evidence against him was overwhelming so his ramblings of defense wasnt what sealed it for him.
Tim may as well just admitted he planned it right there after being searched in the room. "Your ex partner was involved in a shooting." 3 things: Didn't ask what happened or if she was ok. Immediately denied talking to the police for no good reason. He didn't ask WHO the ex partner was. If a cop randomly came up to me and said that, I would be shocked, confused and "well, which partner was it". He's not a teenager, he must have a litany of exes. Plus with his bad behavior, he must've gone through plenty of women who have broken up with him because they're not gonna deal with him and his antics.
Police: "Excuse me sir, your ex was just shot, would you please speak with us?" Suspect: "No, but I will provide you with an extensive list of my grievances."
Yep, huge red flags. If your first question is not” Is she alright”? Or “OMG, what happened “? I knew he was involved the second he showed no remorse or concern.

The driver who helped has blown my theory that there are no good people left. She is a beautiful human being whos balanced, empathetic upbringing shines through. Brilliant
That's likely because you can't be sued for helping someone anymore (not sure about Cali and NY, though). I was hesitant until that bill was passed. Now I'd be more than willing to help.
I mean thats a pretty silly theory to have, how do you ever go about life thinking everyone is bad? There are good people everywhere the bad ones just make the most noise.
The woman holding the wound on her neck trying to keep her from bleeding out "idk, ive never met her before" 💙 Thank you ma'am for taking the time to help an absolute stranger! May you have many blessings 🙏🏽❤
@@CaseyMarie11-11 If this happened in NYC, unless she was a close family member, I absolutely would not help these days. I very easily could be held for some type of criminal proceeding, as evidenced by recently and, frankly, I don’t have the money to secure adequate counsel to help me. That is a sad conclusion I have reached.
The woman in the car with Nichole is absolutely amazing. She kept Nichole looking at her and got her name. She was able to get Nichole into a sheltered place to sit and totally keep her focused on her face and her words of encouragement. This ladies body language and keeping it together during an emergency until help arrived. I wonder if she works as a therapist or with some organization in that county. If not, she would be a great person to work in that line of work.
Lots of experience with trauma. Some of us go into full concentration to get done what must be done. We then fall apart later. It might be hours or weeks, but it does still affect us in profound ways.
@brittanylevinson741 yep. I was a paramedic for only three years. The toll was insane. I couldn't speak after a 14-hour day . I never had enough time to decompress. I became a truck driver 😊😊
She was so amazing at comforting her. Lots of times we see strangers step in and put pressure on wounds etc but they sometimes actually ignore the injured to talk to the 911 operator or just focus on holding pressure entirely. This woman was so sweet and nurturing 😭
I am so glad I finally watched this. I wasn’t sure I could take it. Turns out it’s a story of human kindness as much as it is about human cruelty. Kudos to all the good samaritans, officers and the victim herself.
Imagine your ex got shót right outside where you are and the first thing you do is turn yourself into the victim by claiming haràssment from police. What a weak man

The first woman, first impressions is so loving. She saw a need and she didn’t know if killers would come back to finish, she put herself in the way. I’m impressed with the way she was holding the victim and keeping her calm.
i was so impressed! working in caregiving I sometimes wonder how I would handle a situation like this (I need to be certified in first aid, CPR, etc etc and whenever i renew my certs I always think about how else I could be using these skills)
@@geekybillI think it is a mixture of care and bedside manner in something like this situation. It is a mixture of rendering aid and keeping your human side calm but still allowing it to come across in your interactions with the person. If you maintain control and are calm it is better for the person who is hurt. If you can keep your cool and render aid while also trying to keep them talking to you and keep them calm it is better for everyone. It can literally be the difference in life and death in some situations.
As soon as he said he wouldn’t interview because he’d been threatened by the police, they knew they had their guy. The mother of his child has been shot and he says “it has nothing to do with me”. He’ll fit in well in prison.
@kccauley883 it's more fear than narcissism. quit following the mainstream narrative all the time. you have an intellect capable of independent thought
Nah, man. So easy to say if you’ve never been in a situation like that. There’s a Mike Tyson quote that applies, although you need a little imagination: “Everybody’s got a plan til you get punched in the face” There’s no “standard response that proves innocence” If he did, you’d think “aha, he’s manipulative”. It’s very easy with hindsight to see this and that as confirmation. But, it’s called “confirmation bias”
This is the first time I think I've ever said this or will again, but THANK YOU for the ad! It pushed me, legitimately immediately, to find a lawyer in the category that I need with a free consultation instead of going with the bar association here that charges $30 for the consultation. The last time I had to use a lawyer for my one and only lawsuit was a free consultation and he was great, we won. So, again, thank you for giving me hope just through an ad. I never thought I'd get that here on YT. These women, Nicole and the woman who was helping her, are so so so unbelievably brave and strong. I couldn't believe Nicole was walking so well to the gurney. The woman who helped her did such a great job trying to get all of the details out before the adrenaline wore off and she realized what she just had to do. I want to be like these women.
Because he doesn’t actually distrust them just like he doesn’t actually think that they are racist. He doesn’t care who he hurts in his attempt to manipulate people into believing his lies. I can pretty much guarantee that’s what happened with the other officer he’s come on talking about in the beginning. This is what narcissists do and they are the only ones who don’t realize how foolish they look when they get caught.
@@holly7664 moments ago was discussing just this about pwNPD on another platform. They are so dug into their deception & manipulation they're oblivious to how absurd they appear to others. Narcissists truly believe their mimicry will work (unfortunately it sometimes does) yet fail to realize it truly requires genuine empathy to pull off in certain/extreme situations. Jussie Smollett comes to mind. I could tell from Day 1 He was a vulnerable-narcissist. Yet he fooled so many for a few reasons: 1) the societal trend of racial virtue signaling at the time 2) most people have never had to personally tangle with a vulnerable-narcissistic person 3) most people didn't see the nonsensical 5Ws & How details. Albeit, in this case, we have an overt-narcissist trying to play a vulnerable. Makes him way more obvious than Jussie was to any & everyone. Roberts rarely play the victim card well, especially when they're the murderer.
I think he was just trying to avoid going in for interrogation by trying to turn the tables on them. First red flag was him not asking if his ex was ok. Second red flag was him trying to make excuses to not go in for an interrogation.

He looked so guilty from the beginning. His incessant deflecting from the second he opened his mouth was hilarious. His anger and concern about everything but his child’s mother being shot in the neck at a time and place only he would know she’d be at is astonishing. Like dude, are you even trying to get away with this crime?😂
Literally, he really thought he was that smart thinking well I am in a public place during the shooting and when told about a shooting I immediately start talking about myself instead of asking about the victim. No way they will suspect me.
He did display suspect mannerisms like crossing his arms when asked certain questions for example. Supposedly that’s a common subconscious behavior ppl do when feeling like protecting themselves. Also all the irrelevant information he’s providing to validate his story and attempting to make his lies seem more credible. But from this video I don’t see how he could lose his case. None of their evidence or even circumstantial evidence implicated him besides hearsay from the shooter who shouldn’t have any credibility and the baby moms claims. I also understand what he means about the cops. Imagine what it’s like to be constantly violated by the police and courts and have no avenue to pursue for holding them accountable. I mean look at what they did immediately after telling him nobody will threaten him or anything like that. They threatened him with violence and kidnapping and just cuz he tried to clarify what would happen instead of just bending over with his pants at his ankles they assaulted and kidnapped him. Regardless of whether he was lying or not he was still cooperating like an idiot n didn’t have to. Although that could possibly be contributed to him being mentally challenged.

It pained me a lot more hearing her 911 call and her gasps than seeing a bullethole wound would do. It was remarkable that she had the will power to survive and make sure her aggressors got the justice they deserved! That sweet woman that helped out as great too!

The way these two cops dropped on him one piece of evidence after another, his demeanor changed dramatically. Because with every passing minute, this man could hear the door of his prison cell closing behind him.
You both have bad interpretations. He’s a clinical narcissist to nth degree. And he’s dumb. And a predator on top. Which is why he couldn’t agree with his adult ex wife and preyed on a girl in his Taekwondo class to be his girlfriend years earlier. He purely manipulated her to living his rage fantasy and fulfilling his life trajectory of being in absolute control, and thinks he can manipulate adults the same way. By ‘talking down’ about trivial nonsense to solidify his innocence via conspiracy, evidence tampering, targeted stalking from his ex-wive’s friend, police persecution, and anything else that a narcissist can possibly think up (which isn’t a whole lot not involving them being the true victim). He is Casey Anthony-level stonewalling himself into a conviction. These cops also have resources and don’t have sheets of corrugated metal for brains unlike the aforementioned Florida case. Adult predator narcissists tend not to do well in adult situations, which probably helped someone like Anthony because her lawyers could position her as a child victim of fake incest while this condom filled with spoiled creatine loves vanity license plates on his motorbikes.
My favorite part about this entire interview so far is that he’s offered almost no alternatives that don’t involve an active spite-fueled agenda to take him down. The badge and sticker man? That’s it? He’s uncreative, narcissistic, and dumb. I think the most creative part of his plan was being at the scene of the crime lol. But I know he just wanted to, as a narcissist, be able to control the narrative with his son if the need arose. The ol’ “daddy’s here” shtick really wasn’t destined to work considering he didn’t have custody and he can’t think of anything but his own emotions.

35 mins in and I'm loving how the interrogation is going. The way the detectives show him the information they have drip by drip, and only after he lies about something. And the moment they show they have evidence of the whole timeline, Mr. Know-it-all becomes Mr. I-don't-know.
That's a professional detective, do the research, let the suspect explain themselves (incriminate themselves), then present the actual facts and how things happened, let them burt themselves deeper. Love these kind of detectives.😂😂😂
He can't stop interrupting them to rant about the female sergeant he is obsessed with. Good lord he will not shut up about her. She was probably next on his hit list!!
Smart enuff to leave the phone at home, but not smart enuff to realize new vehicles also track your every movement.... ..kinda makes me glad I'm so poor that none of my 3 slightly older vehicles have any built-in tracking systems... ..that is one advantage to having a 20 yr old, a 30 yr old, and a 65 yr old vehicle... ..another advantage is that I can repair pretty much anything that goes wrong with them without needing a computer and 3 computer techs to figure out why they won't start if that ever becomes an issue. I just gotta check for fuel and spark rather than try to figure out which sensor crapped out

Yet he fooled so many for a few reasons:
1) the societal trend of racial virtue signaling at the time
2) most people have never had to personally tangle with a vulnerable-narcissistic person
3) most people didn't see the nonsensical 5Ws & How details.
Albeit, in this case, we have an overt-narcissist trying to play a vulnerable. Makes him way more obvious than Jussie was to any & everyone. Roberts rarely play the victim card well, especially when they're the murderer.

The ol’ “daddy’s here” shtick really wasn’t destined to work considering he didn’t have custody and he can’t think of anything but his own emotions.
"I'm an educated man." and he doesn't ask for a lawyer.
Educated fool. Lied and cheated his way through.
Believes his BS is worth more than any attorney
All narcissist think that 😂 he definitely not intelligent 😅
I was waiting for this one
He and his girl "talking", was definitely his downfall.
So momma was correct all along. Dad is dangerous & shouldn’t have unsupervised visits with his child.
He brought up "a little black kid who's being molested" a LITTLE too eagerly
Detective: "You're a smart man". Suspect: believes the detective. 🤣🤣
Bro literally used a leased vehicle 😂😂😂 They almost always have trackers installed
Yeah for certain things not for law enforcement
@inline4smilez Anything is a law enforcement resource with a warrant or subpoena
@@Ryukioses heck yeah!
He can't stop interrupting them to rant about the female sergeant he is obsessed with. Good lord he will not shut up about her. She was probably next on his hit list!!
A gun owner trying to claim he's not sure of what guns he has is the sketchiest claim he made.
Right? Kind of similar to someone owning and not knowing whether they have a revolver or pistol.
Right, that's not credible, at all!
Any gun owner knows EXACTLY what firearms he owns.
Yeah i know exactly how many, the models, the calibers, which ones are loaded, where each one is, and which ones have safety on or off.
42:26
“…A .307..oh wait that’s not even a caliber.” WHAT?
“I don’t think I have the .22 anymore” GET OUT go to jail.
He remember everything else even down to superman stickers 😂
They both should be serving life sentences without any chance for parole
He oozes nothing but smugness. Good grief.
A true narcissist
with all the tact & grace of a liquid fart..🤷🏼
This guy would be constantly demeaning and talking down to his partner.
Good. He can keep the tough smug act in the pen. I hear it goes over real well.
He thought he had it all figured out. What a demented douchebag.
How this woman is walking herself to the ambulance is beyond WARRIOR!!!
Shew. Amazing❤️
She helped herself to the ambulance while master yapper yapped his way into a jail cell. Whatta family ya.
@@Patriarchy_69he’ll be out in 2034, don’t worry
Smart enuff to leave the phone at home, but not smart enuff to realize new vehicles also track your every movement....
..kinda makes me glad I'm so poor that none of my 3 slightly older vehicles have any built-in tracking systems...
..that is one advantage to having a 20 yr old, a 30 yr old, and a 65 yr old vehicle...
..another advantage is that I can repair pretty much anything that goes wrong with them without needing a computer and 3 computer techs to figure out why they won't start if that ever becomes an issue. I just gotta check for fuel and spark rather than try to figure out which sensor crapped out
Pulling the race card was hilarious
Plus the accusation of a “little black child being mo.les.ted” was also a disgusting lie. He was trying to get full custody by making outrageous false allegations against his ex.
Exactly and he’s not even black.
Not really, we all know the white woman syndrome.
they always do.
It was disgusting
I wanna to say the lady that helped Nicole you are a hero. You are highly favored. You protected her with your life. You put pressure on her wounds to make sure she make it for her son. You are a hero.
His ex-wife was involved in a shooting, and he didn’t immediately ask how his ex was, or even what happened. When asked to go for an interview, he didn’t say “Oh, dear, what about the kids?” It’s all about himself.
Smiling. He's an absolute monster .
@@RXbee2 every time he talks he smiles. He was defensive every word that came out his mouth and how wonder and great and high and mighty he is. That spells narcissist to me.
Amen to the above comments !
He was suspicious from the moment they told him, then the ‘threatened by police BS’, and not wanting to be interviewed.
@@YvonneMelvinAnd the fact that he spoke to the press, BLM etc, and trying to get everyone on his side by peddling lies and deceit. Probably loving the attention.
HNY. Thanks, I enjoyed that so have Subbed with Notis, accordingly. Niccole Lenway, so sad to see you subjected to this but it is extremely gratifying seeing that The Lord had your back. We hope and pray that you have no side issues as a result, no trauma and no nerves severed that restricts your movements. Best Wishes to you Niccole Lenway and I hope you get a pay raise soonly.
What a selfish man. He didn't even ask if she is dead or alive. He's scared for HIS OWN safety. Baby.
I know right? No what happened? Is she ok? Who could do this?
That's because he wanted her gone!
Or even if she is the shooter! He gave himself away expeditiously! 😅😂😂

Amy Walker is now my favorite Police Officer.
Sergeant Amy Walker mine too.
she dominates his mind, and he will be thinking of her in the prison shower
😅😂😅
Let's not go that far
she's in charge of Ypsilanti dept now, real Alpha Woman 💕
There has been a shooting incident and he doesnt ask once how she is doing.
He realized she survived, so he didnt plan on that! She was extremely fortunate, considering the close range of the shooter. Even so, theyd likely have discovered cctv evidence sources, which led to them.
Unfortunately multiple people informed him of her status like an idiot. Which completely negated the ability to use and hold the information with standard tactics implemented by investigators during interrogations .

Told his ex was involved in a shooting just now, right out front. Does he ask if she's OK? Instead he says I've been in here the whole time, "what does this have to do with me?"
Oh what do you mean, I don't have guns especially in here!!!!!!
Say goodbye to the prime of your life, Chatty Cathy.
it never stops talking.. imagine being his cell mate
This freaking abomination of a human being 💩☠️is the best kind of suspect! He just can't shut himself up🙊 to save his life, literally! That detective must just be salivating at this point. Fish on!🐠🐟🎣🎉

Unfortunately Some Women/man are Attracted to polar opposites!! They know the partner is dangerous or No good But move forward anyway!! BUT he definitely didn't become this way overnight and She knew WHO HE REALLY WAS!!
Men like him choose women they can push around and dominate. He’s power hungry.
What an absolute warrior. Shot in neck and arm multiple times. Calls 911, walks to building for help & walks to ambulance. U picked the wrong one
What an absolute dope. Had his ex shot in the most obvious place. Used an easily recognizable vehicle. Showed no concern for the mother of his child. Whined and complained about not wanting to be victimized or framed by the department but didn’t get himself a lawyer before he yapped to the investigators. Dumb ass.
You took the words right outta my mouth, especially because he wasn't so keen on this particular police force, the first thing you would have thought is he would have got a lawyer..that confused me..
And when he was talking about his vechiles its like he had to think about it he wasn't quite as forthcoming as he was making out..
Now i get when people split up they might not be on the friends & alot has probably gone on between them & with her been part of this police division then even more reason to get a lawyer..
What a sad & devastaing case though, even though he might not like his ex,he needs to put that to one side, thats the childs mom..
Does he work at the centre??..i might have to go back & watch this, because i have got a house full, family bless em..
Stay safe & warm ✌🏼☮🍄🦋✌🏼☮🍄🦋
Used his personal vehicle🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
People never understand how guilty they look.
Spot on
DEBATABLE -So many pozziblez = Too - tricky
Or stupid. Or arrogant. Or morally repulsive!
She is a boss walking around and going to ambulance taking off her jacket. Bless the woman that stopped.
Really good editing guys! It’s so surprising that so many commenters think there are no good people left in this world. It’s actually way more normal than you think. I’ve helped in numerous times in my life people from wrecks, fires etc here in the US and other events during my time deployed. Be the hero everyone on here talks about not the one who complains about there being no good people left.
This guy passes through life with victim armour, using that to justify all of his actions.
Well he is a minority right?
His armor didn't this time, I have a feeling Nicole was living in fear of this man for sometime.
Nicole is a survivor! They way she walked to the Ambulance 🚑 and then took off Her jacket super chill before getting on the stretcher.
The woman who Helped her and let her in her vehicle is a hero! So are all the Emt's and Doctors who took care of Nicole & kept her alive ❤
She survived?? What a legend
Staying calm probably saved her life.
You’ve been told your child’s mother was involved in a shooting and your immediate response is “I’m not going anywhere.” How about “how is she doing?”😡😡
Exactly!!! He is so guilty!!!
That wot i just said that must have given the Officers Red Flags it did me it was all ME ME ME not as we say oh no how she doing is she ok which a decent person would have asked but as soon as he opened his mouth u couod tell wot a Monster he is
Guilty people talk like he does.
THIS 😡😡😡🤬
He didn't say anything about it! Like, all they said was she was involved. He didn't ask if she was shot, a witness, a perpetrator... Absurd.
"As an educated man..."
Has the assassin drive his own car to commit the crime lol.
