In your gameplay analysis (#2), at the end, you did forward air on the opponent (which happens very rarely), and to catch/punish the air dodge, you did down tilt. Is there anything else to punish air dodges with Mr. Game and Watch (after a forward air)?
@@particleex6428 forward can be hard to figure out how to use. It's safer to use against slower characters. The gameplay analysis videos weren't of me. That was a different player. As for how to approach i can give general advice: I go from spacing bairs, short hopping without pressing an attack (then react if the opponent does something i can punish), and landing nair mixups. Nair is pretty safe when used correctly and when you mixup what you do after the nair. Sometimes it's not about how to approach but more about getting your opponent to approach you. You can do that with your movement. I don't have a video on movement but you can check out izawsmash. He has a good video about that recently
Could I ask, about Mr G&W's crouch, why can he crouch under some moves sometimes and other times not? A good example is Little Mac's fully-charged neutral B. Sometimes I can crouch and avoid the entire attack allowing for a heavy punish, but sometimes it'll hit and send me flying.

When should I use forward air. It doesn't seem like a good option in any situation (specifically against sonic('s spin dash))

If your bucket is full, you can still use Side B to turn yourself, but this technique is slower

His crouch animation bounces up and down. It’s a very small difference but some moves can hit the high bounce and not the low one
