I am so sorry to hear about your cat. It certainly takes time to heal from the loss of a family member, I am glad you have a neighbor kitty to help you recover. Everything looks so delicious, beets and orange are so great together! I always add fruit and nuts to salads and my son hated it, but now he is older he grudgingly admits it is really good.

Your videos are so calming and have truly been a source of happiness for me. I normally heat up my tortillas on the stove. They taste 100% better and they don't break. Just something us Mexicans do. Adding the tea for breakfast is such a sweet touch. I just drink water haha

So sorry to hear about your cat 💔. I miss autumn and it's colours, it's already full on winter here in Finland. Thank you for your curry recipe a while back, it inspired me to use butternut squash for the first time! I made a soup using your roasting method (it was soooo good!) and tomorrow I'm planning to make curry ^^.
Was gonna post about the early winter in Finland too. Snow cover in November and seriously freezing temperatures in Helsinki are rare. Feel like late autumn and the dark and rainy kaamos days were just skipped, kinda sad.

I love tempeh but cannot find pre-seasoned or marinated near me in Massachusetts, US. Never thought to combine it w/ cabbage and black kale but I will now. Is sauerkraut overkill? Also jealous of your smoked tofu. One Asian market @20-25 minutes away discontinued it.

I am not sure we are in portugal and their tofu “sucks” it’s like rubber .. but then again eggs here are not like in CANDA so I have been eating some but tofu is just not good !
