I’ve never thought to eat berries like that - and I bet the berry soaked milk is delicious and refreshing to drink once the berries are done 😍 Also the sandwich, especially the dressing for the chickpeas - looks yummy and your summer rolls are absolutely gorgeous. Your food is always a feast for the eyes too 🥹 And the Ben and Jerry’s review is so accurate- I feel like some of their products have so much going on and it’s hard to tell what each individual thing gives to the experience. It’s hit or miss for me. I really love the Change the Whirld flavor, if you can find it! It has a sunflower base instead of oat or almond.
That marinate tofu are yummy with stirfry,airfry and as it is. That Vegan ice cream are nice Made in the Netherlands were me and my Daughter are going next week, the only complaint about Vegan ice cream its quite sweet. Nice week for you😊

Everythign looks so delicious! I have lived in hot summer climates all my life and this is a topic close to my heart. I love watermelon gazpacho, especially when the watermelon ends up being over-ripe. Th emushy melon also makes great popsicles. Also my new go-to….Naengmyeon (Korean Cold Noodles) in a spicy tomato broth garnished with crisp cucumber, carrot and daikon radish batons. I also found Mori-nu yuzu tofu, when chilled and topped with yuzu koji and ponzu sauce is super delicious cold side.

I am exactly the same as far as smoothie bowls, a bit too cold for my teeth too. But they look so beautiful! I’m more of an overnight cold oats fan. Your lunch looked fantastic. Never thought of melon and tomato together! Can’t wait to try it. My favorite ice creams are cashew based, they seem to be the creamiest.

Such great meals! We are eating lots of salads and sandwiches here. Right now it’s 95 F, with the humidity it feels like 102 F.
