Omg I didn't have pelvic floor therapy with my first kiddo and when I had my second I went and it was so life saving. Exercise helps a lot. Thank you for talking about this! ❤
Genshin has been taking over my life. I for some reason didnt comment last time I watched it, but i am glad to hear you and eddie have found a grove. And that your getting support and working on yourself! Parenthood is hard so take all the time you need is a big journey ❤
Thank you for being so open, Lisa! When you make these types of reflective videos, I always feel inspired to take a step back and think about what I need as a human, too. Glad to hear things are going well with your fam and that you have support where you are. 💞
Your authenticity and honesty are so refreshing, and I'm happy that you've decided not to overstretch yourselves when you already have a home situation (and support) that sounds healthy.
I love this! Hearing you talk reminds me of the "good ol days" when life was just about sampling mac and cheese. But your reflections on motherhood, and observing fatherhood, makes my heart so happy. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Lisa, I so appreciate your honesty when sharing life/parenting stuff. My kids are adults now, but I can remember just what a shift it was becoming a new parent. I am sure you are helping someone out there. Also, I love your cooking videos. Everything always looks so delicious!
Nice to see a new video. I agree about inflation and house prices being crazy. I feel so bad for young people trying to navigate that problem. My jaw nearly hit the floor when I heard the average prices now especially in places like Ontario and BC. I'm glad you have the opportunity to stay where you are, and the extra help. 😊
So good to hear that you’re happy where you’re living, have the support you need and, are able to take care of yourself body and mind. Also, having the opportunity to be near family, and to spend time together is a really nice thing for everyone…moments and memories to cherish.
Instapot has rice steamer setting and it's stainless steel. I've steamed rice in ceramic coated cast iron, worked well. I also got ceramic pans and I found if I get them hot then add the oil then add the food and instantly move the food around it doesn't stick. I used tonuse stainless steel as well but had a hard time making pan cakes , they'd always stick.
FANTASTIC FUN VIDEO!!! Really interesting narrative and cool cooking footage. It didn’t matter they ran independently; it made the video extra-plus-deluxe!!! 💗👍😃🌷😍⚘️
Happy to see this video pop up in my feed this morning! You talking about y'all's taste preferences chagning reminded me of my husband too - he's never tolerated peaches, especially with the peel on, but now he's impulsively snacked on 2 this week and loves them 😂
I’m surprised you moved to waterloo since I’m from there too! I wish we did have more vegan establishments here though :( The only banh mi shop in the area though has the best vegan sandwich if you haven’t tried it before though!
I intended to move here temporarily 😂 but actually we wanted to move here before we moved to Hamilton but we couldn’t afford it then (technically can’t now but we are renting from family and have a roommate so that’s how hahah)
If you like open world, grindy games, i would highly suggest playing some minecraft. I've had that game for 11 yrs and it has never failed to cheer me up, even while I was doing chemotherapy for uterine cancer, working and taking care of an elderly parent. I always had minecraft to fall back on.
I’m so glad you had this as an escape for you! It is basically digital legos with programming and it’s amazing what people have done with their servers!
Dads toss babies in the air and play different than moms. I think because dads are there partially to teach their kids that no matter what their child is safe. And dads teach their children to be more fearless in the world. Not that moms dont teach the same thing. Both moms and dads are protectors but in different ways. Its sweet
Ah, KW is the worst. Went to school there and it was the most boring and soulless city I've ever been in. Glad you have your family, though. That alone is worth it.
May I ask you why do you refer to your son with a 'they'? I studied and worked in the UK (I'm Italian) for 5 years, but nobody has ever referred to someone else with a 'they'. I understand that it could be to give the person the choice of deciding their gender, however, since the baby is so young and he was born as a male, I guess referring to him as a 'he' doesn't make any difference. Or is it a grammar rule that I don't know of? I'm sorry for the question, I honestly don't understand, that's why I am asking...I sincerely don't want to offend you...
Lisa, thank you for sharing your life with us & for being authentic. ❤
Thanks for watching

Dude the fact that i rarely leak when I sneeze anymore has been game changing 😂

Where can I find your reading log/info? I'm in a season of escaping my life with not-heavy novels.
I’m TheVietVegan on Storygraph! app.thestorygraph.com/profile/thevietvegan
The dish looks very tasty and attractive, you need to try to cook it yourself according to this video
Do you enjoy your espresso machine? If so, which one is it?
I do! I included that info in the description actually 😅
Thank you
Why did you switch to stainless steel?
I moved into my MIL’s house and all my cookware is in storage
Why is stainless steel so hard??? 😅

Does eddie still have a bad commute?
It's still not great haha. It's about the same as it was from Hamilton, but now we have more support.
❤
Have you tried playing Cookie Run Kingdom? It's very grindy and has a storyline.
Ah, KW is the worst. Went to school there and it was the most boring and soulless city I've ever been in. Glad you have your family, though. That alone is worth it.
It is a very sleepy town lol. I had a hard time booking stuff for a friend's bachelorette here.
U are a great mom! Calm and patient give yourself a big hug "you are enough have enough and do enough you are deary loved" (sark - author)

I explain in the FAQ in the description of the video.
@@Thevietvegan Thank you! I understand now.
I love that you are using gender neutral pronouns for Bean. I'd love to hear more about that topic if you are ever looking for video inspo.
I only do it for online privacy! We use ASAB pronouns irl 😅
@@ThevietveganI admire your dedication to beans privacy.
