waahh,.. this is so nice.. i was wondering if you can make a posture workout?? been having back pains lately.. thank you!!!😊
There is no specific targeted workout you can do for posture, apart from upper body training, with or without weights. Any training for back, arms, shoulders and chest will help you strengthen your muscles and therefore fix your posture. Also foam rolling your back or stretching helps a lot. I have a few workouts for your arms, back and upper body on my channel.
