And we can be sure that Jesus is the Son of God because on the 3rd day God raised Him from the dead and in that He defeated death and the grave, proving that He can do the same for us if we put our faith in trust in Him. That's how you get to Heaven. That's how you become full in your heart. That's how you become reconciled to the God who created you.

@ 33:00 Naww, not going to the gym at all increases your risk way more than a gym injury because if you work out and eat enough protein and carbs you heal from any injury and also just having more muscle mass and strength and other physical benefits of lifting prevents injury in general.
I started lifting because I got a L4 and L5 lower back spinal disc slip multiple times and doctors said it was degenerative and unfixable and now me and other people that started exercising have no problems with it

Like another enhanced litters have crazy volume in their workouts so they need rest days a bit more but sam only does 8 working sets so he recovers pretty easily

Every day I eat: pancakes with eggs and spinach and OJ for breakfast, a huge protein shake with lots of healthy stuff in it, and then chicken and beans and rice and vegetables and olive oil and seasoning 2-3 times
