I want to say one or two things: I am from germany and not only that his videos improved my English skills but he helped me out of my ,hole, I had. It was in summer when all things happened at once: My girl i imagined a future with just disappeared out of my life, A plateu in training for months because of heavily back pain and I got very sick after a short vacation with friends. So I very much hitted rock bottom in my life. As I layed down I discovered Sam on tiktok and I got to know him and what can I say ....... since watching him I have made progress again..... I came back stronger than ever. He saved the thing I had left : gym. So he saved me. I appreciate this man a lot. I love him he is like a buddy and I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking like that. Hey Sam, I definitely have been taking your advice with the hydration packets and getting more electrolytes in. I don't get headaches, but I get actual migraines, I have since I was 10. No matter what I do hydration and food wise, they come up from time to time, I actually have meds that can stop a migraine, which is good. But no matter what I do, nearly all of my life I will get a migraine on some days. No matter how much cardio, stretching, food, hydration, sleep etc. Life gives me migraines. I do my best though.

Hey Sam, I definitely have been taking your advice with the hydration packets and getting more electrolytes in. I don't get headaches, but I get actual migraines, I have since I was 10. No matter what I do hydration and food wise, they come up from time to time, I actually have meds that can stop a migraine, which is good. But no matter what I do, nearly all of my life I will get a migraine on some days. No matter how much cardio, stretching, food, hydration, sleep etc. Life gives me migraines. I do my best though.
