  • Achieve middle splits fast! Making progress with the middle splits requires flexibility in your hip flexors, adductors and hamstrings. Working through these stretches regularly at your own pace will get you there. MAKE SURE YOU'RE WARMED UP BEFORE ATTEMPTING. Stop at bad pain and work sensibly. These exercises really work and can be done at home to get you to your splits goal!

    this was so helpful, thank you! Realistically how long does it take to reach that 160-180 degree opening? I'm at about 110 degrees.

    Thanks - I am really better now with my splits. But in the split, I am not able to point my toes any more! What can be done to change that?
