My pleasure. I checked my tv has two hdmi ports. Does google tv supports newer versions hdmi's. I have checked online regarding dhcp restrictions. Can u tell me anything regarding that?. waiting for yr answer brother
If you have HDMI ports on your TV, it should work with no problem.

It's a little pricier and doesn't have usb-c yet but the Nvidia Shield is a really solid device
For sure. I’ve been eyeing the Nvidia Shield as well. Maybe I’ll try it out too soon.

One problem, Google is switching video content to use the AV1 codec, Netflix's, RUclips, etc. and there own device is not compatible! Shame on them, it will be all obsolete very soon, Google needs to release new unit that can play AV1. Been holding off on purchasing one for that reason.
