Awesome build! And as always, thank you so much for always offering your plans for free. That in itself has been awesome for someone like myself who just got started in woodworking. Thanks again from Venice, Fl.
Sir. Great job . My questions are a few. I store my miter and table saw in the patio in a 5x3 plastic shed. I can build individually for each and they will fit next to another. Or would some type of a flip cart for both together. Options? They will be out in weather during operation and stored back on the shed after. So should treated wood be used? So one or two certs. Lol . Reg or treated. The Miter MS6305 and table saw 10 " TS6307 are skill. The total storage space is 64 wide x 35 deep and 5ft heigh. Do you offer plans? Thanks
New to your channel, love your work. I'm in my 60's and come from a long line of master Crafrsmen. Your techniques are terrific. I reside in Christiansburg, Virginia very near Virginia Tech. Z

I just subbed 3 or 4 days ago. I am in sunny Florida. I like how you approach some projects from the angle of not many tools. Starting my new house soon, and plan to build my tool collection and some of your projects to help me out as I go.
Hola from not so sunny⛅these days Southern California, Los Angeles area. 🖐This is a really cool project, you should have tens of thousands more views. Don't worry, you will get there. I will give these a shot later this year. Keep up the good work. Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
Fantastic build as always. UK here, never had experience of woodworking, but setting up a shop now for when I retire (hopefully soon 😂). Thank you for the amazing videos 😊😊👍
Love your work! Been following you since you started and love all your work and watching you grow as I did when I first started, keep up the great work!
Nice build! Reminds me of helping my brother build a plant stand for our mother many, many years ago that was built like this. Beautiful job. From Rock Port Missouri.
Well Zach, I have to say I will be giving this a go the best slat bench I've seen on RUclips by far mate ps I'm all the way from Newport South Wales,in the UK.👏👍
Definitely need to tackle one of these builds. I will need to use pressure treated as it will certainly be outside for the neighbors to see. Curiously, how much would something like this go for?
Well done, Zach. I really enjoy your approach to your projects! My son just bought this first home and I plan on building this for him! Greetings from Metro Atlanta , Ga.
Lay the boards on end length wise side by side and use a short nap 6" paint roller to put the stain on then wipe the excess off with a rag. Saves time and energy.
I’ve seen many videos that build this bench. Why not build legs separately (using glue/clamps) and then drop the long pieces in from the top and then glue. Seems a lot easier.
Sweet video gonna attempt something like this watching u from bonnie Scotland! Ps new subscriber here. 👍🏴 Ps those chsirs could also be end tables and am guessing you could use pallet slats instead of 2x4s??
I enjoyed watching this video. I love the design of this, I also think it could be into a computer desk or office table with a few changes. Have you made a computer desk?
....and at least one sub/fan from Denmark too! :o) As a beginner, I also get a lot of inspiration from this woodworker to build things I like and that are popular here. I'll start making the 2 modular work tables (video+plans from last year) next week for my tiny workshop. And these "slat benches" are still very popular here and very easy to sell, and the authentic beaten-up ones from workplaces are still crazy expensive. But as I, overall, love the "perfectly imperfect" look (very convenient for a beginner!), I'm sure I'll have a lot of fun "beating them up" with all kinds of rusty tools, paint droppings, etc, and I'm sure the neighbor's kid, Rasmus, age 9, will have fun helping me!! :o) I might also try to make some more perfect ones, later on, like those in this video, as they look really beautiful! :o) Thank you for a great channel! /Pia
I like the way you lean into every project. You efforts are appreciated.
Retired Army living in FL. New to woodworking and thank you for the tips, plans and videos.

Awesome build! And as always, thank you so much for always offering your plans for free. That in itself has been awesome for someone like myself who just got started in woodworking. Thanks again from Venice, Fl.
Did the modular work bench in January, looking forward to take this on in the future. big up from Jamaica!
Benches and chairs look bangin mate. And no cnc cut Japanese dovetails in sight like some RUclipsrs.
Thanks! Still wouldn't mind having my own CNC someday
This is incredible. Would it be possible to make the sides with the spacers like the top instead of the full planks?
Yeah you could do that
Thank you for explaining every step of the way why you chose particular wood and method.
I love your content and have built the work bench from your plans. Easy to follow plans and great results. Thanks from Scotland and Israel.
Hi. Love your videos. I’m a enthusiastic novice woodworker from Yorkshire. England.
I’m watching from the Texas/Arkansas border town of Texarkana. Love your work sir.
I really appreciate your enthusiasm. It makes me want to build this stuff too!

Is this a hobby or an occupation? You are very good
Thanks! Just a hobby that I decided to start making videos. I’m an engineer for my day job
Love the concept of stackable furniture. Great job
Definitely need to tackle one of these builds. I will need to use pressure treated as it will certainly be outside for the neighbors to see.
Curiously, how much would something like this go for?
Depends on what your time is worth
Great job watching from South Africa in Johannesburg
These came out amazing! I think I am going to try this for our back patio. Thanks!
Well done, Zach. I really enjoy your approach to your projects! My son just bought this first home and I plan on building this for him! Greetings from Metro Atlanta , Ga.
So glad you mentioned Ireland where I'm from or maybe its me you refer to.
Looks great.....need to build this one in northern Illinois. Dimensions please.
Did not see plans on your web site
The plans are still in the works. They take a bit of time to make
Nice video! Going to make this bench next month. Watching from the Netherlands
Great looking bench. Simple, sturdy, stores easily. But yes, that is a lot of planing and cutting! Any estimate on how much it weighs?
It’s pretty heavy. The chairs are probably around 50lbs and the bench 60-70lbs
50 for that small chair? Wow
Thanks for sharing from the gorgeous Gerringong South Coast NSW Australia 🐨

Muchas gracias por compartir, gran trabajo! 👌👌
I enjoyed watching this video. I love the design of this, I also think it could be into a computer desk or office table with a few changes. Have you made a computer desk?
I’ve made a table top that was placed on two drawer systems. I have plans for this year to build a floating computer desk for my office though
@@BearMountainBuilds I have two maple desktops that I would like to make into a floating desk, so I am excited to see how you make your floating desk.
Thanks for the videos from Quincy, IL
Really likes the video (although the music was kind of annoying, but maybe that’s just me)
Thank you from Colorado
Great!! now I only need your workshop! :)
Good job. Best wishes from Germany 😊
How many cuts did you make? 😂 watching in PA. I made your planter box for myself and one for my mom. She loves it. Cool build!
An absolute ton, there are well over 100 pieces by its well worth the effort!
Asheville, NC. How long do you let your lumber sit before you work with it?
I will usually set right into it after I buy it
Amazing work. Detail oriented. 🤙

Gaborone, Botswana.
Germany here :) subbed and great videos. Keep it up!
Nice and very clean!!
cool bench! hello from Canada!
@13:09 I can see several gaps. I though you said in the beginning of the video that all you boards were planed?
There a couple that twisted a bit after planing. But overall there were only a couple gaps
These are so Amazing!!!!!!!
Great job! (From Japan).
I should buy those tools 😢. But they are expensive here 😮
Thanks! I’m sure you have other brands that are cheaper in Japan that would work great!!
Where did you find THAT many STRAIGHT 2x4s???
Home Depot and I'm very picky
@@BearMountainBuilds You must've dug through the whole dang pile. 2x4s are a disaster.
Cool build! I’m in Powder Springs Ga.
Already sub'd. I'm from Niagara, Canada.
