Aqua HIIT 2 (High Intensity Interval Training)

  • Hi everyone watching this,
    It has been a long year in lockdown but I AM BACK :-)
    I thought we might as well return with a bang and have recorded this progressive HIIT workout. It is the normal set up with 8 rounds, 2 exercises per round, 20 - 45 seconds exercise with 20 seconds recovery in-between. It is progressively more challenging with each exercise so watch for the additions and combo's.
    I really enjoyed this workout and i hope you do too. Let me know how you found it when you tried it in the pool :-)
