I like the structure of the intervals because it takes away some of the pressure of being focused on the 8 counts/ tempo.

I love this! I go to hydrofit class 3 hours a week. I downloaded the app and I can't wait for the next class! Water therapy has helped me so much. I consider it my medicine. I'll be walking without a cane by the end of summer! Thank you so much ❤️

Hubby and I really benefited from this video today. I need to grab some smaller noodles in the garage, as my hands can take gripping the large noodle, before I have nerve pain. Thanks for acknowledging their are some who will need those hand breaks! Great instruction and content, but it was like you were joining us in our 16x36 inground surrounded by glorious flowers!!

How do you remember all the moves as an instructor? Do you improvise or do you have a fixed routine?
Well...in the video I have a "cheat-sheet" easel nearby. But in classes, I bring my class notes in plastic sheet dividers. I always have a lesson plan created for each class. Personally speaking, I never improvise.

Can theses exercises be done in waist deep water?
There are a lot of planking exercises for core & upper body and those exercises would be ideal in waist-high water. But the upright moves could be tricky depending on your height. It is a free workout and so is certainly worth trying and perhaps modifying your way through to deal with the extra shallow water.
