    I dont know about anyone else, but when breathe and flow post an "intermediate" lesson it's pretty challenging. Love it either way.

    Perfect!! Thank you Flo. Just a little feedback. I really appreciate the wrist warm up before the practice. I didn’t realize how important it was until I skipped it a few times and my wrists were sore for days. So no more skipping wrist warm ups! Namaste 🙏🏻💕🇨🇦

      Same here! My wrists are never sore when I practice with B&F, but I've been going to live classes as well and last time after long side planks with no wrist warmup I felt it for a couple of days. Not skipping it anymore!

    This year I am committed to doing yoga with breathe and flo every day. So far I have gone a week straight and feeling great 👍🏻 thank you as always you do a wonderful job. I have a feeling I will be joining your patreon very soon. “All this work for a low lunge 😂😂😂” had me off balance baby! Feeling good! Very grateful

    Really love the format, 30 minutes is perfect for me and this practice was just the right level of challenge for today. I would have preferred less talking in the mediation though, I really appreciate when the guide makes space for my process rather than guiding me on their own. Thank you, Flow! Namaste.

      It’s quite the opposite for me without the talking i would lost in my thoughts, his voice was like a checkpoint that takes me back to where i was if i get too lost in my thoughts. Thank you flow

    great, creative Flow. For me its better to do it after a proper warm up though. I think it helps immensly to enjoy this strong and cjallenging class to its full capacity.

    Great class, thank you! I had a thought during this one. I am a big fan of when you play the hand pan at the end of class, but I realize that the true sincerity, timing, and tone of the breathwork and meditation comes through when you are doing it right there with us. You often add some subtle music when that part of the practice starts. So maybe overlay your hand pan riffs as the background music? Just a thought!

      Yoga practice burns your legs more than squats in my experience 😂

    First day with you guys and I feel great! I came from Boho to focus on more my breathe. I do yoga before sleeping as my night routine and last part was quite peaceful and meditative. Thank you for sharing!!

    Im 27 years old and working for my goals. During the meditation I started to cry, a lot. did this happen to somebody else?
    Also thank you for the lecture and the talking in the sets and the meditation, it helps. Keep up the good work and try to take some time for yourself.
