Same here! My wrists are never sore when I practice with B&F, but I've been going to live classes as well and last time after long side planks with no wrist warmup I felt it for a couple of days. Not skipping it anymore!

I am a big fan of when you play the hand pan at the end of class, but I realize that the true sincerity, timing, and tone of the breathwork and meditation comes through when you are doing it right there with us. You often add some subtle music when that part of the practice starts. So maybe overlay your hand pan riffs as the background music? Just a thought!
You should do more video about the breath like this one or short one just about breath to add up after a session. Found it very well made and usefull. Thank you!

A bit of unsolicited advice: you should go for some acupuncture sessions, I think you'll really enjoy it.
It happens to me quite often these times that i start to cry during yoga and meditation.
