Not shortening - only butter or coconut oil. People have enough health issues without adding toxic hydrogenated oils - also don't use unknown "vegetable oil" to cook it in. Peanut or coconut oil is better than overprocessed GMO corn, cotton seed and soy oil that get hidden as "vegetable" oil.
