WHAT TO DO WHEN A ROOF TILE VALLEY HAS BEEN CUT SHORT? - Queensland Roofing

TIled roofs require metal valley when 2 different roof angles meet. This particular job was in Helensvale on the Gold Coast and it's evident that when the house was built the carpenter had left the roofer in a predicament.There was no way that the roofer was going to be able to continue the valley through underneath the fascia board. The only opportunity for us to repair this roof in Helensvale was to cut back the fascia and then run the valley underneath the fascia so water could run onto the tiles without causing leaks.
