I listen this during my train travel from St.Ptersburg to Orel. It's night outside and the lights of the cities are running. Snow. Thank you so much.
Bach’s music (whether playing or listening) is so deep and rich that most of us feel so small and insignificant yet blessed beyond our imagination….
Without Bach and his great performers such as these performers ,
the classical music world and our world would have been very lonely .
WOW! The oboe is simply wonderful - thank you very much. 🥲🙏
Like being transported to another world entirely.
Well, I'm not as musically erudite as my neighbor commenting below. However, may I express to you that I very much enjoyed your music.
Thank you! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
This Bach sinfonia is beautiful and Bach (being my fav composer) was absolute genius, also the inspiration behind my latest composition.
Wunderschön und tiefempfunden zugleich! Der Violinist/Dirigent ist wahrlich wunderbar!
Thank you, an oasis in the midst of chaos.
This is the sound of heaven!
.. most exquisitely executed .. bravo and thank you ..
EXQUISITA EJECUCIÓN MAJESTUOSA. GRACIAS MAESTRO SHUNSKE SATO.

THE great Bach
Thank you so much for this sinfonia! It is one of my favorite movements from all of Bach's cantatas.
Heavenly perfect ❤️
Brutal!!
bella musica.

COOL
Did you record full cantata already?
We did, but in a later recording session (last month). We recorded this Sinfonia as a separate piece during an earlier concert in 2019. The full cantata will be published on a later moment.
😷👍👍👍👍
I also listened to the performance in Japan in the fall of 2019. But still, I don't understand why they chose Emma.
That violinist has an inverted bow.
'Couse it's a baroque bow
@@emanuelegiuseppebrena3605 First time I've seen it. Interesting.
Good ear mate!
Jeg havde ikke store bekymringer ved at lytte til denne smukke musik……
Nice performance, but the beat is rather indistinct - would the double bass playing pizzicato have helped?
I think the ensemble are following the oboe which is a bit free. So you wouldn't want pizz because it's not a strict rhythm. Like at 1:39 where the barline is drawn out, pizz would kill it
@@guscox9651 Too much freedom for my taste, plain bad timing at certain moments, look how Sato looks to her side every time she misses the beat…
@@sildurmank I do kind of agree, it sounds a bit awkward :/
@@alpinoalpini3849 with that wonderful bass and the harpsichord basso continuo you don't need any drums, you only need to listen to your fellow players instead of wandering away hoping they join you some day…
@@sildurmank Absolutely right. In music of this era it's the bass that sets the pulse and everyone should follow it.
