    来制作柠檬酸奶牛油蛋糕,也称柠檬磅蛋糕。用了很多柠檬皮和鲜渣柠檬汁制作而成,整个厨房充满柠檬香。这食谱里面加了希腊酸奶,让蛋糕内部结构即扎实,又保持湿润口感。上面淋上柠檬糖霜,从蛋糕边沿滴落,超级诱人。切开来蛋糕美美绵密的奶油黄色,加上酸甜柠檬糖霜,脆南瓜籽,香柠檬皮,每一口都非常清爽新香。真的好吃~建议用表皮粗糙的柠檬,且不要刮到白色部分,这样皮不会苦。
    收藏方式:烤好放凉吃,口感最佳。彻底凉透,收密封容器放普通冰箱7天。冰库冷冻可保存更久,吃前解冻即可。
    Let’s make Lemon Yogurt Butter Cake, also known as Lemon Pound Cake. Made with a lot of lemon zest and freshly squeezed lemon juice, the whole kitchen is full of lemon scent. Greek yogurt is added to this recipe to keep the internal structure of the cake dense yet moist. Topped with lemon glaze, dripping from the cake edges, super irresistible. When cut open, beautiful creamy yellow color, paired with sweet tangy lemon glaze, crisp pumpkin seeds, and fragrant lemon zest, every bite is so refreshing and fragrant. Really delicious~ Highly recommend to use lemon with rough skin and not grate the white part so that the skin won’t be bitter.
    Storage Method: Best eaten once baked. Cool completely, store in airtight container store in normal fridge for 7days. Freeze the cake can store longer, thaw before eating.

    Thank you for this recipe! The taste is perfect. It is a healthier alternative to butter cake, with less butter as yogurt is used. However, I did not achieve a brown crust. I did not dare bake the cake longer to achieve the brown crust, as the cake was already completely cooked. I was afraid that keeping the cake in the oven longer will overbake the cake. I am not sure if it is due to my pan. My loaf pan is wider than the one you recommend in this video. Maybe I will try baking it at a higher temperature for a shorter time. I am also not too sure why the recipe requires the oven setting: "no fan force". I usually bake with fan force, not too sure if this affected the forming of brown crust as well.
    Overall, an easy, healthier and tasty recipe. Recommend all to try.

      Oh I see, I din use fan force, as it tends to make cake top burn yet cake interior still raw. Thus I will use no fan force. It depends on your oven heat force too, you can on fan force, and place tray on top rack in last 2min to make crust brown in your case

    Tried baking yesterday, really nice pound cake with citrus smell.
    Due to Greek yogurt is more costly as compare to others yogurt and not to waste the yogurt may I know can add additional yogurt, if yes how much more? Thank you.

      Oh, too much yogurt might cause it to be uncooked in the middle, u can multiply the recipe according to your yogurt amount

      Icing sugar一定要过筛,不然有颗粒,而且要搅拌到完全均匀噢,份量准确应该是白色的

      My recipe already reduced sugar, so not so recommended, or else it will sour also will affect the cake texture and structure too. Hope you can try first, then only reduce accordingly but not overly much, 30% is too much

      我的刀在MR DIY买的噢,很好用。
      这个食谱需要用泡打粉噢,因为食谱湿润,不然不能发。
      用分蛋法就不是磅蛋糕了噢,口感不同。

    酸奶可以用什麽代替?浓稠酸奶吗?
    180的糖可以减吗?
    下次影片可以减短一点吗?
    有点太长了,很慢看完😅😅太多话喔!

      可以用任何无糖酸奶,natural yogurt代替。
      不建议减糖,我调整过糖的,你先试看。
      你可以自行跳过到要看的部分

      @@michaelsit7089 最好用无糖的希腊酸奶,greek yogurt, 有浓稠有不甜,适合这个食谱蛋糕浓稠度

    七公分的模具?有点过高,受热不均匀,如果烤温不够,时间不够,可能中部面糊烤不熟...我宁可选择高度稍低的模具 5~6公分,效果很好...

      这个模具高度算是蛮普通的噢。如果烤箱温度和时间都对的话,是不会不熟的噢,除非面糊搅拌过度/放置太久消泡了

      @@iwen777 调高温度增长时间那啥都能熟,问题是“受热不均”,边边和顶部可能烧焦了,才能把中间部分烤熟,有必要吗?

      No, cake flour is low protein flour without any leavening agent.
      Self raising flour has leavening agent within
