    今天来揭晓上期让大家猜的分层蛋糕就是很受欢迎,多人要求的 Ondeh Ondeh Cake斑斓椰糖椰丝蛋糕。松软湿润的椰奶斑斓戚风蛋糕,夹着蓬松清新的斑斓椰糖奶油糖霜,里面藏着满满用马六甲黑糖炒香的鲜椰丝,淋上浓厚的马六甲黑糖浆,每一口都很湿润。椰丝,黑糖和斑斓混合口味清新不腻,口感丰富。糖霜的天然斑斓绿,加上外层裹上雪白鲜椰丝,看起来像巨型Ondeh Ondeh椰丝糯米球。本身和男友本来不爱吃椰丝的,都很喜欢这个蛋糕,不可思议也难以抗拒的好吃。建议大家用鲜细幼椰丝来做,会比冷冻粗大椰丝好吃很多。
    收藏方式:做好收普通冰箱冷藏2-3天内吃完,冷冻可以收较久,吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。
    Today, I will announce the layered cake that I’ve asked all of you to guess in the last episode is the popular Ondeh Ondeh Cake, requested by many people. The soft moist Coconut Milk Pandan Chiffon Cake, sandwiched with fluffy refreshing Gula Melaka Pandan Whipped Cream Frosting, loaded with fresh grated coconut sauteed with Gula Melaka/Palm Sugar, topped with thick Gula Melaka Caramel, every bite is so moist. The blending flavor of coconut, Gula Melaka and Pandan is refreshing with rich texture. The natural pandan green frosting, combined with snow white fresh grated coconut, looks like a giant Ondeh Ondeh/Coconut Glutinous Rice Ball. My boyfriend and I personally didn't like to eat coconut, yet both of us like this cake very much, incredible and irresistible. Highly recommend to use fresh finely grated coconut to make this recipe, will be a lot better than frozen coarsely grated coconut.
    Storage Method: Chill in the normal fridge eat within 2-3 days, and freeze it to store longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.

    2Tbsp Gula Melaka Caramel (divide into two addition)
    4tsp Concentrated Pandan Juice

    »建议大家用鲜细幼椰丝来做,会比冷冻粗大椰丝好吃很多。

    蛋糕很好吃谢谢老师的食谱🥰 想做却很怕甜的朋友一定要看这里!
    蛋糕食谱那边可以-10g的糖,至于组织蛋糕这边呢 可以不用每层淋caramel或者淋少许,还有就是椰丝椰糖那边可以减少许糖哦 整体很赞 不过跟着的话甜度还是可以接受的哦😆😆主要蛋糕一定要够冷吃!

    Thank you for the recipe. My family and friends enjoyed it a lot! Your recipe is very detailed and instructions were clear. I didn't use coconut milk for the chiffon cake but substituted it with milk because I didn't want to open a coconut milk can for it.

    今天做了这款Ondeh Ondeh蛋糕给我儿子生日。 谢谢Iwen老师清楚讲解, 蛋糕做出来美美没有宿腰。但唯一就是糖霜颜色不够绿色,必须加颜色但还是不够鲜艳。颜色是跟Pandan 叶的品种有关系吗?分量都是按这食谱的。但整体对蛋糕出来的效果非常满意!谢谢Iwen老师!❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

    Hi Wendy. Thanks for the recipe. Just wondering how come the gula Melaka that I made end up crystallize back into solid sugar after cool down? Was there something wrong?

      Maybe u overcooked, need to cook till just right.
      U can add hot water bit by bit and stir till right consistency

      You can try to add in abit baked flour to stabilize it, make sure u on aircond when making

    Hii my gula melaka caramel hardened into candy wheb i added to my whipping cream 🥲🥲 how to avoid this. My caramel didnt cool to become like yours. It was shiny clear dark brown

    Just curious how long can the whipped cream be left out? Can bake a day ahead?

      After decorate, let it chill in fridge for long hours, will be good. Best to take out just before eating. Also best to be in aircond room.
      As this whipping cream is dairy will melt faster than non dairy cream. But still ok for me to film, celebrate and eat for one hour in aircond room

      But me so stress, whipping cream can't hold the cake, it's melting when I keep sapu sapu... 😭
      I saw your comment don't over whip, it will melt, I really need to master my whipping cream skills b4 go into making birthday cake😁💕

      You mean if a good whipping cream will not melt when u sapu? I even put some ice below my whipping cream bowl.. I uses Anchor too, whip almost 10mins low speed still runny can't get soft peak.

      可能买到不是纯椰糖。椰糖有两种,纯椰糖与加白糖的椰糖。一般纯椰糖在热带室温不会很硬,用刀不费力切成小块。
