You mean if a good whipping cream will not melt when u sapu? I even put some ice below my whipping cream bowl.. I uses Anchor too, whip almost 10mins low speed still runny can't get soft peak.

蛋糕食谱那边可以-10g的糖,至于组织蛋糕这边呢 可以不用每层淋caramel或者淋少许,还有就是椰丝椰糖那边可以减少许糖哦 整体很赞 不过跟着的话甜度还是可以接受的哦😆😆主要蛋糕一定要够冷吃!

今天做了这款Ondeh Ondeh蛋糕给我儿子生日。 谢谢Iwen老师清楚讲解, 蛋糕做出来美美没有宿腰。但唯一就是糖霜颜色不够绿色,必须加颜色但还是不够鲜艳。颜色是跟Pandan 叶的品种有关系吗?分量都是按这食谱的。但整体对蛋糕出来的效果非常满意!谢谢Iwen老师!❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹

Maybe u overcooked, need to cook till just right.
U can add hot water bit by bit and stir till right consistency

可能买到不是纯椰糖。椰糖有两种,纯椰糖与加白糖的椰糖。一般纯椰糖在热带室温不会很硬,用刀不费力切成小块。

You can try to add in abit baked flour to stabilize it, make sure u on aircond when making

表面应该是湿润又有弹性噢像应该,不应该很粘手噢。不然就是蛋白霜打发不好/烤不好了。
