这种做法和湯圆没两样,真正的做法糯米粉须要加上热番薯泥一起搓成团做出来的口感会更好才算是真正的Ondeh
传统ondeh ondeh是没加的噢。不过你要加也是可以噢
@@iwen777 我很喜欢妳的视频有些还要像妳学习,也许我比妳年长在我小时候附近地方经常可以买到马来糕点我也问了马来妇女她说是木薯粉和番薯做成,在六十七十年代市场上很少有糯米粉卖用糯米粉会比木薯粉容易制作,可能妳小时候的时代而现在的市场上所买的都改成用糯米粉也比较好吃。

Can get in any fresh market, some minimarket also have.
The dessicated coconut you can saute it(without oil) with salt cook until brownish colour the taste will better than steam :)
Oh I like it steamed coz it makes the coconut so much moisture and yummy

今天是做了一半的分量,因为只有两口子。可是我感觉中间的馅有些不足够,黑糖的感觉不够。1/4tsb 好像比较少的感觉
是的,因为小颗就难包多,你可以尝试做大颗些,就可以包多一点,煮时煮久些
