Omg lol 😂 How did you know Rhonda? Last few days both my daughter and I been complaining of feeling so achy and sore and this is the puuurrffect homemade addition to try. And I got most of the ingredients already. Your a legend! Thanks 🙏 for sharing, Have a great day 😃
Hello, I have a question that you may or may not be able to answer. I have been making my own magnesium cream for a few months and I love it, but if I don't use it all within a few weeks, I find that the water begins to separate out from the other ingredients. Do you know if I should just throw the water out, or does the water have magnesium in it? I suppose I could blend it up again, but I don't want to bother if it's only water that doesn't contain magnesium.
Ok so that means the cream is not stable and has separated which you don’t want. It’s during the blending phase that blending and emulsion is vital to bring it together
@@NelsonInteriorSoapery Thank you for your quick response! It starts out well blended for a few weeks but then starts to separate later. I guess I'll just re-blend it, since I don't want to waste any magnesium that may be present in the water. Thanks again ♥
could you make a smaller amount (the amount you have used in the weeks it doesn't separate? You already know that amount stays nicely. Just wondering. @@pamtebelman2321
@@NelsonInteriorSoapery Hello just found your channel and have the same issue with separation…are we just not blending long enough? How long should we blend to avoid the separation?
Thank you. 😊 I enjoyed your video.
I'm so glad! 😌
I’m hoping to make this today :) but I don’t have a stock blender only a stand mixer will that work?
It’s a stick blender you need. You cannot use anything else as this works differently. You can buy cheap ones that are $15
Love you channel and blog. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Do you know if alcohol would be a feasible alternative to optiphen?
No it’s not. Only real preservatives are workable. It’s the one thing you should pay for as it’s will make or break your product

Perfectly timing lovely 🥰 I hope you like it.
Love your scale. Where did you buy it? I’m in the US. 😊
On amazon for $50 so cheap a few years back. Search commercial scales

@@NelsonInteriorSoapery wow!!! Thanks for fast answer!!!!!
I’ve made this and it’s fantastic! Hoping to make more but wondering if I could use cacao butter instead of Shea?
Yes you can. Just use any alternative butter. Thank you and I’m so glad
Hi Rhonda! Thank you for your videos.❤️ How did your son in-law like it, did it work for him?
He has not tried it yet but I tried on my knees and I could feel the relief as I have terrible knee issues
What percentage of magnesium is effective for aches and pains? I have not used magnesium before.
Ive heard 5-10%

hello.Thank you for those wonderful and comprehensive videos.if you do not have magnesium flakes, how can we replace it? Thank you for your help.
It’s the only way to make magnesium oil. If you don’t want magnesium cream you can make a basic cream without the flakes and just water instead
@@NelsonInteriorSoapery Thanks allot.I really appreciate your support. You are wonderfull.
Sorry, but you are a bit wrong about the natural and synthetic vitamin E
Synthetic vitamin E is not as good hence the price being half the cost. It’s a choice for everyone and this is my belief through my research
