Hi Mark & Bev!!! We're so glad you said hi! It means the world to us when we get to meet awesome folks like you guys who are on the other side of the screens. Congrats on both going fulltime and getting your certification. Both amazing accomplishments you should be so proud of! Hope our paths cross again one day soon! ❤
"Actually there is a very cool story about this, this is actually all rebar and concrete", I was like what the hell is Howard talking about and then I got it. LOL. Loved the views and cool place you wouldn't think was relocated! Keep smiling!
😂 Howard always has a joke up his sleeve. He got me good when he started talking about the color of the rocks and I was like oh wait, this is a Hector & Melinda joke again! HAHA Thanks so much for watching, guys!!
😂 Howard was killing me with that story. His mind is hilarious. We try to space our activities out but it's hard when there's so much to see and do in one area! 😍
@@NewstateNomads Oh yes. I was born in Colorado Springs. It’s been awhile tho. Maybe soon. Living here in NM on the Santa Clara Pueblo, about 30 miles north of Santa Fe. Enjoy yourselves.
I’m really enjoying your tour of Colorado, I live just north of Denver. Looking forward to your visit to Creede; I went thru there for the first time in June (on a motorcycle) and thought it was awesome👍Cheers:)
Well, you've solidified the fact that I want to drive our Travato to Colorado. It's absolutely gorgeous there. I've only been there in the winter, and have really only spent time in Breckenridge. I see now there are many other places I'd like to visit. Thanks for the great videos every week!
I didn't know you guys have a Travato!! How fun. You absolutely must road trip to CO. It's incredible in the summer and fall!! We'll gladly help with recommendations. :) Awww and you're welcome, thanks so much for watching them, Chris! ❤ -Katelyn
I LOVED THIS VIDEO! Thanks so much for having me revisit Garden of the Gods…it has been many, many years since we’ve visited that area of Colorado. I can tell a LOT of revamping and remodeling of the tourist areas has been done. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember much of it (probably my “advancing age”!), so it was like seeing the area for the first time. Beautiful area! I was wondering…HOW MANY MILES DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR 2018 NAVION NOW? We’ve got to get out more, as we only have a little over 35,000 on ours! Thanks so much, as-always, Love you guys, Virginia
great vid! Technically those dwellings are all fake but some building materials from a collapsed structure in the southwest were shipped up there and used to build these dwellings. It was devised from day one to be a tourist trap.
That stump was seriously in the perfect spot. We were definitely still leaning back a bit, but it did help a ton! Haha, yeahhh you might have a little trouble if you aren't careful. 😅
You're so sweet to check in on us! Just posted a new video 🥰 we've been busy and had a little family issue to take care of. We're back and all is well! ❤️

Garden of the Gods looked amazing. Hector and Melinda are so talented.😂
I'm curious, did Hector and Melinda have anything to do with the moving of the Manitou Cliff Dwellings? 😂 Lovely area!! and as always, great video!👍

Colorado is SO beautiful. I'm so glad we detoured to visit this area! Thanks for watching :)
Been there numerous times and that place never gets old.
Omg, it's incredible! And I can totally see how you can visit multiple times and have a different experience each time! Amazing.
All looks amazing! I have no idea how you squeeze in so much in one week. The story of the re-bar & cement 🤣
😂 Howard was killing me with that story. His mind is hilarious. We try to space our activities out but it's hard when there's so much to see and do in one area! 😍
My family native danced at the Garden of the Gods. It has a special place in my heart. We also danced at the Penny Arcade in Manitou Springs.
Hi Phosawe! That's incredible and so very special! ❤ Have you been back to visit at all?

The camp spot looked great and the stump was perfect 😂. The cave dwellings are amazing but at 6’3” I’d probably Knock my head a few times for sure 🪖

Very fine video.
