hello maam, I learned so much on your video thank you
That’s great to hear, thank you 👍
hoping someday you will teach me about all the cupping techniques, and become my mentor😊
Beautiful videos. Can we slide cup the intercostal muscles gently over the rib cage in the case of chronic soft tissue tightness i.e chostocondritis?
Hi Anth M, Yes absolutely. It often feels quite releasing to slide the cups over the rib cage area. This is great for any wider chest tightness along with respiratory conditions. Just check the clients comfort level and adjust the suction accordingly.
Thank you !
You’re welcome 👍
@@CoreElementsTraining I trust your way of teaching!
can you show wet cupping or is there to much liability ?
@@threatassessment216 glad that my teaching is useful 👍.
Sorry I only teach dry cupping and not wet, as this is what I use within my clinical work.
@@CoreElementsTraining all right thank you anyway
all the best
My daughter just did this on me this afternoon and wow I really didn't think it would work, but wow all pain gone 😁
Ahh fantastic, great to hear that your pain was reduced 👍.
Muy bueno
nice technique
Thank you for the comment 👍
how often a week can you do this and do you have a video for the traps / scapula muscles
had acdf surgery 8 weeks ago and these areas along with pecs/deltoids need some work
You are guided by the marks for further treatments, as you need to wait for the marks to clear before re-cupping (don’t re-cup over a mark).
Yes lots of other videos on our dry cupping playlist 👍
For mid-thoracic of self Cupping try the tread the needle stretch and focus cups over tighter areas- ruclips.net/video/JuNzYzIXcJY/видео.html
I’ll also be adding another video soon more specifically for upper traps.

Will this treatment is done for breast upliftment
Hi 👋
The aim of this treatment is to reduce tension within the pectoral muscles and to increase range of motion at the shoulder joint 👍🏼
If you have a knot on the upper chest is it okay to cup the exact spot ?
Yes you can place a cup directly over a trigger point in the upper Pectoral muscle 👍🏼.
Ensure the cup is away from any breast tissue though and it’s a muscular tension ‘knot’ rather than anything else though.
Does cupping therapy increases breast size?
No.
Nor does it increase butt size.
the girls are so, so, so beautiful
are there any bad side effects on cupping?
If the cups are left on too long they can leave a very dark cupping mark.
From a clinical perspective on first treatment we guided by client feeling and colour and we don’t want the mark to last longer that 7 days (ideally).
Also if cups are too strong they can cause blistering.
You need to monitor the cups for colour if the mark and any negative effects to the skin such as blistering.
@@CoreElementsTraining thank you so much!
