why is no one commenting here this golden technique
Good question! At least you are!
Very interesting, can you apply the same technique in the wrist? I thought i had a bad problem with my Extensor Carpi Ulnaris, but ultrasound showed i was ok... but i still feel pain while holding an olympic bar in a curl position or catching a fast ball with my glove. Im doing rehab but im not feeling that much better.
I also liked your shoulder cupping video 👌
Thanks for the comment, yes you can cup the wrist but it will not fix any underlying biomechanical and physiological issues.
Mitch Trubisky cupping hamstrings now🤨😲🤔🤣🤣🤣
Could you provide a link to the google scholar study on the sonogram that you mentioned.
I will look for it! It is been a while since I read the article. The research I came across was the abstract but included pictures of the sonogram. I suggest Sue Falsone's book which shows sonography pictures before and after cupping for a visual demonstration.
@@OverheadAthletics I practice Jiu Jitsu and your videos are great. Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge
where did you get this cupping set and how well do they suction?
I’m not even sure anymore! But there are many different sets out there.
I need a cupping session like really bad
It’s great stuff
@@OverheadAthletics You can also go to an AP/MSOM acupuncturist for cupping, moving or stationery.
Por favor subtitulado en español para ser excelente
1 to 3 is enough to pomp
✊🏼
Can you did this to your own hamstring? I'm half way through but I'm jumping the gun with the comment
Dude.... you totally cross contaminated that product you used. You took it out with bare fingers, touched client, and then put your hands back into that cup. Ugh
This is not a sterile procedure…. No such thing as cross contamination here.
