Wait uh, I think I am messed up in the tricep the one test I totally hit on bad what does that mean any help please?
Yuh I was longtossing with my friend who plays college baseball and I hadn’t thrown for a while my elbow popped on a deep ball
I can fully straighten my arm with little to no pain I started PT today I can curl 5lb pretty easily but anything overhead does hurt would you say I can go back to normal if I let it rest without use for a couple more weeks maybe months without surgrey?
It depends on the severity of your injury!
Hi, thank you for the video series on the UCL. I'm a high level tennis player and have some tenderness end the very end or back of the epicondyle bone, but the biggest symptom is that my flexing range of motion is limited. I can easily touch my left shoulder with my left arm but I'm 6 inches away with my right arm. There's a bit of pain if I try to push it at the top of the range but is not too bad but it does feels like there's inflammation inside the join that prevents it from flexing. I was wondering if you have any ideas on what could that be
