I got a yellow jacket ta ..the ta's are gonna be rare collectables in the future. They're limited produced each year in different colors. ... ta's also have the hellcat breathing system through the headlight inlet and the active ram hood intake. You can just add a Tazer to it to unlock the SRT pages!! If u see a official TA YOU BETTER GRAB IT
The TA gets the functional ram air cold air hood intake the Hell Cat gets. You would think this would be good for a couple HP. I like a functional hood scoop plus the cold air headlight intake.
Yea that would be what I wanted. But no way you can factory order a T/A with a shaker scoop. Maybe only if you know someone inside the factory, and pull a one off factory production T/A Shaker.. Ummmm …
Going to be tough to find one now since they stopped the SRT 392 model...white.. sepia Laguna Leather....and the 392 motor, and the 6 piston brembos, the multi spoke wheels, no sunroof 6spd... .. etc.....I just...want it... that leather is amazing.. and you work at Oakville? or am I wrong? Just sucks now that they got rid of it... UGH...I like the "plain jane" look to throw off people...
FCA completely screwed SRT 392 nameplate, made it absolutely unspecial anymore, comparing to Scatpack, RT, Daytona, TA. nothing really exciting to own SRT vs TA or Daytona. Only Hellcat remains a better option to them, but much expensive.
I hate the fact that Dodge keep changing trim levels and specs adding even more confusion....its like the consistency is gone....before I got my Charger Scat Pack, I wanted a Challenger SRT 392 back in 2015, it was very easy to distinguish the Challenger for that year...fast forward to 2019, now you got to look close...
@@jggcsrt at least it’s not as bad for the charger as they hit the challenger. The challengers all look so similar If you don’t see that badge it’s just like annoying. That’s why I like the srt 392 because the charger actually looks different then the base model
Evidently they've changed a lot I have a 2021 TA and it has all the stuff you're talking about on the other car I've all the race pages I've lined log launch control everything and A 6 speed even comes up SRT on the Entertainment center
Bryan Smith yeah many and is exactly why I said what I did, that's certainly not how cars are displayed and you know it. Maybe I'm mistaken and you don't so you really should look around a bit and see for yourself
SRT-crazy really took you 2 months to come up with that lol I literally can walk to 10 different dealerships on a street named showroom drive lol and they definitely do this at most Jeep Chrysler dealerships surprised you don’t know this since your so srt crazy lol
Bryan Smith hahaha you're a funny guy. Yes I know that they do but for the trucks, not the muscle cars and you know that fact so what is your point ?. I live in 4x country and that's how we display them around here, but our muscle cars are usually in showrooms or the parking lot. So you are telling me that you've seen Challengers displayed like that before where you are located ?, well if so you city folks are awfully strange and do things very differently....But I already knew that and is a given 😂
Well, this video forced me to comment because you had NOT dilligently done your homework or research before making this video. The T/A is a heritage racing car of the early 70's in the highly competitive Trans- Am ( Trans- America) racing series with Ford and Camaro. Dodge won with the Challenger that was developed, tuned and built by MOPAR. The car is a special car for Dodge with controlled production numbers. The SRT was losing it sales numbers due to inability of customers to choose the options they need in the SRT, thus Dodge came out with the Scat Pack with wanton options from the trannies, displacements and drive lines. But the T/A is exclusively built for that special die hard and true MOPAR fans who want the racing heritage and the throw back attitude of an American muscle. My T/A's suspensions are dynamic sports/ racing ones and I have Track, Sports, Street and Comfort suspension settings of choice. The Performance page in the T/A is a facsimile of the SRT page. Mine was fully optioned at almost $57 grand with MOPAR installed cold air intake and programmable exhaust notes. If you chose the SRT, that's ok. But don't make that choice based on limited knowledge of the cars concerned. Make it factual. Thanks for the video. The first.
THANK YOU!!! lol alot of people don't know much about the TA heritage at all, I unfortunately get asked the question alot, what's a TA? Then I have to go into the whole story lol
SRT has an active exhaust, SRT pages, comes with wider tires, thicker and SRT badged steering wheel, and has adaptive suspension (3 suspension modes). Only thing the T/A has over it is a functional hood scoop to the airbox and nice graphic package. SRT is superior in features and a much better option in my opinion
Same exhaust 2...I say if you want all the features without checking option boxes, the SRT 392 is the better choice as most options are standard...both are great choices...cant go wrong with either....
The SRT leather and adaptive suspension would sell it for me, you can change the exterior to look more like the T/A if you want after but no argument the T/A looks better
TA has a presence at shows for sure, i like the srt its dope, but the TA stands out. I only wish dodge didnt slap that damn hood on everything even the v6!!!! The hood came from the AAR cuda and in true recent dodge fashion they bastardized it putting it on every model. The TA should have had the actual TA hood, but at least you can buy functional new versions of it now
Im mad dodge stopped making the TA as a stand alone model and just brought it back as a freaking sticker package yrs later!? Dodge always says one thing and does another. Cheapens it
In love with my T/A 392. It’s a dream come true.
Lucky Mf‼️ I also love it I hope I can get one later on bro🤦🏾♂️
I love mines as well. I just picked mine up 2 weeks ago. It’s a 2017 with only 15k miles. Stoked.
I forgot to mention mines had a borla s type cat back exhaust also
@@mopar392ta3 Nice. I'm picking mine up this Friday. It's a 2018 with 10k miles. Trading in my Chevy Malibu lmao

Just got a T/A 345 with 13,000 Miles on it for an absolute steal. Love it man what an incredible daily driver
TA FAMILY GROWS!!!
2023 TA here. Has the SRT pages, track mode
Vinyl spoiler decal is a near-perfect replica of the decal on the 1970 T/A, that's why they did it.
I just got my 2019 392 Scat pack in TorRed. I love it!!! I got the 6 speed manual
My T/A 5.7 6 speed manual came with hood pins and super track pack performance pages.
The SRT is the track-ready model combined with the luxury model. It basically has all the options checked off...
The suspension on the TA is set lower than a scatpack and stiffer than other cars and does amazing on the track
The TA gets the functional ram air cold air hood intake the Hell Cat gets. You would think this would be good for a couple HP. I like a functional hood scoop plus the cold air headlight intake.
I like how the T/A looks. With a shaker hood scoop be even better.
Yea that would be what I wanted. But no way you can factory order a T/A with a shaker scoop. Maybe only if you know someone inside the factory, and pull a one off factory production T/A Shaker.. Ummmm …
$4200 for the kit and a oem shaker hood to do the conversion in 2024

you forgot different exhaust and intake on TA vs SRT
Which sounds better

Cold air intake on the T / A that totally = more performance !!
Agreed, I'd have to go with the functional hood and headlight cold ram air intake. You'd think it would be good for an extra couple-few HP?

Why the hell are they up on curbs like off-road vehicles would be parked on display ?, their muscle cars not trucks and doesn't look right
you go to dealerships much?

I’d just buy a tazer to get the SRT pages. Could also upgrade suspension down the line on the T/A if someone truly wanted
The 2018 TA has the srt pages
Why did you say 5.7 T/A doesnt get a hoodpin? Mine has it as stock :p

Typical douche:
The SRT doesn't have a sunroof? I'm not getting this.....

Why are the cars on curbs, wtf

The TA Sits lower from factory than the srt and scatpack, it came with a different suspension setup and it's alot stiffer
Tell your dealership to clean those babies 😭
So no driving comparison :(

Can I get a T/A without a black hood?
